Q: Gary, can you tell us a little about your professional journey and what led you to work with AI and business optimization?
Gary: Absolutely. I started working at 14 and eventually became a project consultant in risk consultancy, helping ensure products and services fit client needs. My entrepreneurial journey began during COVID when I launched a property sourcing business. That exposed me to high-net-worth clients and the intricacies of sales, marketing, and business management.
Over time, I realized my true passion wasn’t property itself, but helping people improve performance and productivity. I studied neuroscience for three years, learned about optimizing human behavior, and realized I could combine that knowledge with AI to transform businesses far faster than traditional coaching or consulting methods. AI became the perfect tool to scale impact while helping clients achieve tangible results.
Q: Who are your ideal clients, and why do you choose to work with them?
Gary: I focus on small to medium-sized businesses. I want to help those who are growing, rather than just making the wealthy richer. SMEs have unique challenges and more flexibility, which aligns with my approach. I help them scale without increasing headcount, cut unnecessary costs, and implement AI solutions tailored to their business. I enjoy working closely with these businesses because the culture is collaborative, and I genuinely love understanding their journeys and challenges.
Q: How do people usually find out about you?
Gary: LinkedIn and Facebook are my main platforms for personal storytelling, sharing my experiences and thoughts. Instagram is where I plan to showcase AI tools and practical applications for businesses. For now, it’s still growing, but I see it as a key place for my audience to learn actionable strategies for AI implementation in property and business optimization.
Q: What has been your biggest challenge in running your business?
Gary: My main challenge is balancing the intensive nature of my work with acquiring new clients. Implementing AI solutions requires deep involvement in each project, which limits the number of clients I can take on at a time. The other side of it is maintaining visibility and outreach—getting in front of the right people consistently is tough while delivering high-value, hands-on work.
Q: How has moving to Dubai influenced your work?
Gary: Dubai is incredibly fast-paced and relationship-driven. Meetings happen in person quickly, and there’s a culture of growth and efficiency. The city’s environment, safety, and focus on prosperity make it a perfect place to develop my business. For me, it’s an ideal market for property and AI because people here are open to innovation and scaling rapidly.
Q: What advice would you give to others chasing their goals?
Gary: I was diagnosed with dyslexia and dyspraxia in university and faced numerous personal losses early in life. But self-investment changed everything for me. The key is to surround yourself with positive influences, believe in your potential, and embrace continuous learning. Align with people who inspire you, take bold steps, and focus on your growth—success is often just a reflection of persistence and mindset.
