Tell us about your background and journey.
I was born in Indonesia to a Dutch father and an Asian mother, which shaped my multicultural identity from an early stage. I consider myself a self-made individual who learned many things independently. Later in life, I realized the importance of mentorship in personal and professional growth, and many of my mentors came from the United States.
I pursued higher education in business administration with a focus on communication science, which shaped my identity as a communication specialist. Over time, I developed a strong ability to observe people, understand human behavior, and analyze the energy and structure within different situations.
What has your professional journey been like?
For over 20 years, I ran a coaching business focused on helping individuals who felt stuck in life or were seeking direction. Many of my clients were highly sensitive individuals — people with heightened awareness and responsiveness to their environment.
Today, I am transitioning into a more strategy-based consultancy model. My approach connects business strategy with personal development because I believe a business can only grow to the extent that its leader grows. Whether someone runs a startup or a large organization, the vision and inner alignment of the founder determine the business’s success.
What inspired your new concept, the Resonance Engine?
My new company and methodology, the Resonance Engine, is based on helping individuals live and work from their core identity. It focuses on authenticity, self-alignment, and inner clarity.
Many people struggle because they are influenced by external expectations — family, society, or cultural pressures. When individuals become fully aligned with their true selves, their work and life begin to flow naturally. This state of alignment is what I call “resonance.”
The concept is inspired by the symbol of the phoenix — rising from one’s own ashes. The ashes represent everything that does not truly belong to you, including external labels, expectations, and limiting beliefs. When these are released, transformation becomes possible.
What key challenges do people face today?
One of the biggest challenges today is the pressure of hustle culture. Constant activity and external validation often disconnect individuals from their authentic selves.
Another challenge is the tension between personal desires and social expectations, especially for women in many cultures. People often feel strong loyalty toward family and societal norms, which can distance them from their own needs and identity.
True success requires complete alignment with oneself — not partial alignment, but full authenticity.
Who do you work with, and how do people reach you?
Previously, I worked mainly with individuals seeking personal clarity or professional direction. Many of them were highly sensitive individuals struggling with focus or environmental pressures.
Currently, I am building my new platform around the Resonance Engine and restructuring my services. For now, people can connect with me through LinkedIn, where I share my work and support individuals seeking personal or business transformation.
What are your plans and vision for the future?
My primary focus is to introduce the Resonance Engine to the world. My current offering is an intensive one-day session designed to help individuals recalibrate their direction and reconnect with their authentic self.
My goal is to help people overcome fear, discover who they truly are, and make courageous decisions aligned with their deepest values.
What message would you like to share with others?
“The more unique you are, the more courage it takes to become who you truly are. If you want to discover yourself, move toward your biggest fears. Transformation begins when you let go of what was never truly yours.”
