Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.

Before becoming self-employed, I worked for over 20 years in banking. I later transitioned into a money mindset coach, where I created the “What’s Your Money Personality” personality types. Additionally, I worked as an employment agency payroll manager, a classic car manufacturer’s office manager, and a personal assistant to the chairman of a financial marketing group. After being made redundant, I established myself as a virtual assistant, handling bookkeeping, cold calling, sales, and office administration. Eventually, I shifted to coaching, a field I have been dedicated to for the past 17 years.

Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?

As an empowerment mentor and soul growth therapist, my mission is to transform women’s lives and impact future generations by empowering them to become life leaders rather than life followers. Too often, women prioritize others while neglecting their own needs and desires. I help them release past traumas and limiting beliefs, enabling them to confidently speak up, be heard, and be seen for who they truly are.

When women empower themselves, they create lasting change—becoming healthier, wealthier, and forming relationships that serve them. This empowerment extends beyond themselves, positively affecting their families, colleagues, communities, and the world at large.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/achievements here.)

I have been honored with multiple awards, including empowerment awards in 2023 and 2024, influential business awards in 2024, and trauma and abuse coach awards in 2025.

Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.

My biggest supporters have been my marketing friend, who has encouraged and helped me build my business into what it is today, and my psychic friend, who supports me through the emotional aspects of my work and life. Without these two amazing women, I don’t know where I would be.

I also have access to a coach whenever I need guidance, as well as a VA and a social media manager who help ensure my business runs smoothly.

As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world, and what opportunities are you seeking?

I would love to see women recognize that they are the true change-makers. When they claim their power and say “no more,” they can break away from outdated societal norms and create new opportunities.

There needs to be more collaboration and a willingness to share opportunities, rather than the mindset that there isn’t enough business for everyone.

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?

I disagree that there has been significant progress in the workplace for women. However, I wholeheartedly support every woman who has successfully made her voice heard. Women lead from the heart, listening to their intuition rather than relying on dominance. This approach fosters mutually beneficial leadership, allowing individuals to grow and thrive.
