What sparked your journey as a coach/entrepreneur? Was there a moment, challenge, or person that pushed you to take this path?
Yes, a negative and toxic work environment combined with a special day – that made me make the decision.
Tell us a bit about what you do! What’s the purpose behind your business, and how does it make a difference in people’s lives?
It took me 15 years to bring to life my dream of becoming a coach. I am now living my passion, and my mission is to help as many people as possible to live their passion much faster, so they don’t have to wait that long before they make it work for themselves and follow their own passion.
Thinking back to the start of your career, what were some of the biggest challenges you faced in establishing yourself as a coach/entrepreneur? How did you work through them?
The biggest one was the mindset – that I’m not a salesperson, therefore I couldn’t get clients. After working on the mindset, I was able to embody the actual changes and make it work.
Is there a milestone or achievement you’re really proud of that you’d like to share?
The first paying client was a major milestone, and now, as I’m stepping into group coaching, it is another big milestone I’m proud of.
Women are making big moves in workplaces around the world, leading alongside their male counterparts. What are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
I think it has improved a lot since I was in a leadership position while I worked in the corporate world, and at the same time, more work has to be done to make it work even better for women – starting with their own mindset – and giving themselves permission to step up with confidence.
What advice would you give to future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Trust yourself – you’ve got it, and you don’t have to do it alone!
