Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.

I was an accountant for the NHS for 20 years and worked my way up to senior management roles. I loved the research element of finance and making reports understandable for the operational team. In my personal life, I researched how to make weight loss simple and enjoyable, allowing me to achieve my desired size without giving up fun foods or spending hours at the gym. Now, I love helping other professional mums achieve the same.

Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?

As women reach the age of 35 or older, they often find that the weight-loss methods that worked in their 20s are no longer effective. This can be due to hormonal imbalances, among other factors. The frustration from this can lead to binge eating, yo-yo dieting, or both. Many women feel like there is no hope for them, believing that their lifestyle doesn’t support weight loss, or they keep trying restrictive diets that damage their metabolism, making weight loss harder each time.

My business focuses on educating women about losing weight through three simple steps: movement, diet, and mindset. It’s not hard, it’s not time-consuming—it’s simple and fits into their lifestyle, making weight loss both achievable and sustainable.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/achievements here)

My clients love this “diet” because, not only are they getting results, but it also doesn’t feel like a diet. They can still enjoy snacks, desserts, and carbohydrates. Many feel pleasantly surprised and initially in disbelief that it works. Their excitement grows when they fit back into their favorite clothes, and I feel absolutely delighted for them.

I have also completed a Level 2 Nutrition course in my own time and am now studying for a Health Coaching Diploma. My passion for this field drives me to continuously increase my knowledge and experience so that I can keep helping more women achieve success.

Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.

My biggest supporter is my husband, Nelash. He has always believed in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself. He always says that only people who give up fail—so never give up.

As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world, and what opportunities are you seeking?

I hope to see more women feeling confident and great about themselves. I want women to be able to wear a size they are proud of while feeling energized and youthful. They deserve great health and wellness. I want to help as many mums as possible get back to their favorite size because I know it’s possible and easier than most people imagine.

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?

I love that more women are in leadership roles today. Women tend to bring a different perspective than men, and it’s wonderful to see them working collaboratively toward the same goals.
