Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
Before founding FuturoVita, I spent over 25 years navigating leadership roles across finance, technology, and non-profits, working for globally recognized organizations like American Express, Citigroup, and Apollo Global Management. My journey began in Brazil, where I was the youngest of five siblings, and my humble beginnings instilled in me a deep sense of resilience and adaptability. Over the years, I led teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, tackling complex challenges in strategy, business transformation, and leadership development. However, despite the career milestones, I often found myself reflecting on what truly mattered—my purpose and the legacy I wanted to create. This desire for alignment between my values and my work led me to coaching, where I could leverage my experience to help others discover their own clarity, purpose, and action. Transitioning to entrepreneurship felt like the natural next step, allowing me to focus on empowering others while pursuing my vision for meaningful leadership development.

What are you working on right now?
I’m currently leading the launch of the FuturoVita Leadership Collective™, a powerful initiative designed to empower mid-career leaders to overcome uncertainty, rediscover purpose, and take decisive action toward meaningful growth. Built on our CPAT© Framework—Clarity, Purpose, Action, and Together—the Collective provides leaders with tools to align their ambitions with core values, navigate challenges with confidence, and achieve tangible progress. This 6-month, cohort-based program creates a transformative space where leaders connect, collaborate, and thrive. Together, we turn stagnation into momentum and uncertainty into lasting impact.
