What sparked your journey as a coach/entrepreneur? Was there a moment, challenge, or person that pushed you to take this path?
My journey was sparked by a deep desire to see people living in freedom, not just financially, but in every area of their lives. I saw too many individuals weighed down by financial stress, feeling trapped by circumstances they didn’t know how to change. There was a pivotal moment when I realised that true wealth isn’t just about money — it’s about choice, opportunity, and peace of mind. That realisation ignited a passion in me to walk alongside people, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to create financial freedom for themselves and their families.
Tell us a bit about what you do! What’s the purpose behind your business, and how does it make a difference in people’s lives?
As the Founder and Managing Director of my company, and as a Wealth Coach, my purpose is clear: to empower people to take control of their financial future. Through coaching, strategic advice, and tailored financial solutions, I help individuals and families move from uncertainty to confidence. It’s not just about building wealth; it’s about unlocking potential, breaking generational cycles, and creating lives filled with purpose, generosity, and freedom. I believe money is a tool — when used wisely, it can open doors to dreams, opportunities, and impact far greater than we can imagine.
Thinking back to the start of your career, what were some of the biggest challenges you faced in establishing yourself as a coach/entrepreneur? How did you work through them?
Starting out, one of the biggest challenges was overcoming the internal doubts and external skepticism. Building a business from the ground up requires resilience; there were moments of fear, financial pressure, and countless questions about whether it would all work out. But I chose to stay anchored in my “why” — the mission I believed in. I invested heavily in my own personal growth, sought out mentors, stayed committed to serving people with integrity, and trusted that consistent excellence would open doors. Over time, the impact I was making began to speak louder than any fear ever could.
Is there a milestone or achievement you’re really proud of that you’d like to share?
One of the milestones I’m most proud of is seeing the ripple effect among my clients — individuals who once felt stuck now not only achieving financial goals but going on to start businesses, invest in property, and even teach others around them. Watching people step into leadership in their own lives because of the financial empowerment they gained is the greatest reward. On a business level, growing my company into a trusted name and seeing the lives it touches every day feels like a dream coming true.
Women are making big moves in workplaces around the world, leading alongside their male counterparts. What are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
I believe we are in a powerful time of history where women are not only stepping into leadership roles but reshaping what leadership looks like; bringing empathy, collaboration, resilience, and vision to the forefront. Women in leadership today are showing that strength and compassion are not opposites but partners. It’s an exciting time, and I’m passionate about seeing more women rise, lead with authenticity, and create workplaces and businesses where everyone thrives.
What advice would you give to future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Be deeply rooted in your purpose, because purpose will sustain you when challenges arise. Surround yourself with people who believe in you but also challenge you to grow. Stay humble enough to learn but bold enough to take the risks your dreams require. And always, always lead from a place of service and integrity. Your leadership is not just about you — it’s about the countless others who will find courage through your example.
