What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
After 20+ years of directing the marketing strategy for enterprise businesses with larger marketing teams and budgets, I saw an opportunity to help small and medium-sized businesses market their brands with smaller marketing teams and budgets. I saw business owners creating great products and valuable services, but struggled to attract their ideal customers in highly competitive markets against larger, better-funded providers. I decided to create a service that provides affordable, customized marketing solutions that focus on measurable ROI.
Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
Early on, one of my challenges was learning how to communicate marketing strategies to clients without overwhelming them with technical details or obscure concepts. I built trust by listening to their challenges and opportunities and building simple plans that drive clear, consistent results. Leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, being dependable, and genuinely caring about the people you’re trying to help move forward.
Would you like to share any remarkable achievement?
When I started this business, I didn’t invest much money in paid advertising. Instead, I invested my resources into optimizing my newly created website for Google SEO. By creating interesting content like blog posts, articles, and videos and getting backlinks to my website from other reputable websites, my search traffic grew, and my SEO rankings started to generate high-value leads and revenue. It was like a flywheel, where the initial energy created momentum, generating more traffic, revenue, and very happy clients.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women in leadership are reshaping how leadership works for the better. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredibly sharp, thoughtful, and resilient women who bring perspective, empathy, and decisiveness to the table. What’s exciting is that leadership today values collaboration, emotional intelligence, and adaptability—all areas where many women naturally excel. While progress has been made, there’s still work to create equal opportunities and dismantle old biases. Supporting women leaders is about recognizing talent and building stronger teams and better businesses. The future of leadership requires more women at the top.
What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Trust your instincts and own your voice. To lead, you need conviction, resilience, and a willingness to keep going when things get tough. Surround yourself with people who challenge and support you. Learn from setbacks. Don’t wait until you feel “ready”; take the leap and grow as you go. The world needs your ideas, your drive, and your perspective. Lead with confidence. You’re more capable than you think.
