Tell us about yourself and your journey.

I am a former psychologist and currently a holistic healer. I am passionate about working with women and helping them remember who they truly are — powerful, embodied beings with unlimited potential. I developed a model based on three pillars: empowerment, embodiment, and enlightenment. Through my work, I help women reconnect with their inner strength and authentic identity.

What inspired your work with women?

My work focuses on helping women understand their power and overcome historical and social conditioning that has limited them. I teach about women’s empowerment, women’s oppression, and the importance of rebuilding sisterhood. When women come together, they reconnect with their true nature, support one another, and begin to heal collectively.

I also host women’s circles where women from diverse backgrounds gather, share experiences, and build meaningful connections. These spaces help women move away from comparison and criticism toward compassion and unity.

Can you tell us about your Empowerment, Embodiment, and Enlightenment model?

My model focuses on three stages of transformation.

Empowerment involves helping women understand their history, reclaim their voice, set boundaries, and remove shame associated with their bodies and identity.

Embodiment focuses on reconnecting women with their bodies. Many women disconnect from their bodies due to trauma, societal expectations, or constant pressure to achieve. I help them develop body awareness, self-acceptance, and a loving relationship with themselves.

Enlightenment relates to spiritual awareness. It involves recognizing our connection with the universe, understanding our inner divinity, and living from a place of love and authenticity.

What kind of programs or initiatives do you offer?

I organize retreats called Goddess Warrior Retreats that guide women through empowerment, embodiment, and enlightenment experiences. These programs help women build confidence, reconnect with themselves, and explore deeper self-awareness.

I also facilitate women’s circles and healing sessions where participants experience emotional connection, support, and personal transformation in a safe environment.

Why is embodiment and body awareness important for women?

Many women live disconnected from their bodies due to trauma, societal pressure, or unrealistic beauty standards. I teach women to listen to their bodies, understand their emotions, and develop self-compassion.

Simple practices like body awareness exercises, self-affirmation, and self-care rituals help women build a positive relationship with their bodies. When women accept themselves fully, they experience greater confidence, peace, and emotional balance.

How has your personal journey influenced your work?

My own life experiences shaped my path. I struggled with anorexia from a young age and spent years healing and recovering. That experience taught me the importance of embodiment and self-acceptance.

I was also raised in an environment that created feelings of guilt and shame, which led me to explore spirituality deeply. Through my personal challenges, I discovered my purpose — helping women heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

What role does spirituality play in your philosophy?

Spirituality for me is the understanding that we are all connected. At our core, we are love. When we recognize this, we develop compassion for ourselves and others.

My approach encourages people to live authentically, speak their truth, and connect deeply with their inner self rather than focusing on external labels or achievements.

What message would you like to share with women?

Women are powerful, resilient, and capable of transformation. When they reconnect with themselves, support each other, and live authentically, they can create meaningful change in their own lives and in the world.

“Remember who you truly are — a powerful being capable of love, healing, and transformation.”
