Dayna April: Guiding women to reconnect with their inner wisdom and step into their full power.

Dayna April

Dayna April is a somatic coach and embodiment facilitator on a mission to help women reclaim their connection to the intelligence within their minds and bodies. Through her workshops and programs, she guides women to lead their lives with authenticity, empowerment, and alignment. Humans of Fuzia is featuring Dayna to showcase her journey of self-discovery and transformation, inspiring our 5 million-strong community of women to embrace their inner authority and thrive.

Q: Can you tell us about your journey and what you do, Dayna?
Dayna: I’m a somatic coach and facilitator, which means I guide people—mostly women—to access the wisdom within their bodies. Somatics comes from the Greek word soma, meaning body. I work as a leadership and embodiment coach to help people lead from an aligned and empowered place, whether it’s in their work, relationships, or personal lives. The goal is to feel full, alive, and confident in themselves.

Q: Who are your ideal clients?
Dayna: While I’m open to all humans, I primarily work with entrepreneurs. They’re often seeking a deeper transformation that goes beyond operational skills—something that helps them connect with themselves and lead authentically. However, even in casual settings, anyone can benefit from these practices.

Q: How do clients typically find you?
Dayna: Mostly through Instagram (@dayna_april), LinkedIn, and my website daynaapril.com. I also run a newsletter and a free Telegram channel. Additionally, I host in-person workshops and talks, which are a significant way I connect with my audience.

Q: Are you working with a team, or managing everything yourself?
Dayna: Right now, it’s just me. I handle everything on my own, which has taught me a lot about the business and about prioritizing what truly moves the needle forward. Eventually, I hope to pass off some responsibilities as the business grows.

Q: What are your aspirations for the future?
Dayna: In January 2026, I’m launching a three-month group program based on my workshop called the See and Be Seen Club (SABS Club). It’s built around three pillars: see yourself, see another, and be seen. The program allows participants to go deep into understanding themselves and others, amplifying their unique strengths and cultivating meaningful connections. The goal is to help people embody their purpose and create profound shifts in their personal and professional lives.

Q: What challenges do you face as an entrepreneur?
Dayna: Doing everything myself can be overwhelming, both practically and emotionally. Prioritizing what truly matters each day and finding balance between doing and being are constant learning processes. But these challenges also provide growth and clarity about the direction of my business.

Q: Any motivational message or advice for women?
Dayna: Women often outsource their power, looking externally for validation or answers. The most powerful force is recognizing that we already have the answers within us. Reconnecting with that inner knowing is transformative—it makes us unshakable and empowers us to live authentically, take ownership, and step fully into our authority.

Dayna’s work reminds us that true empowerment begins with trusting ourselves and embracing the wisdom that lives within. Her guidance encourages women to step confidently into their power and lead from authenticity.
