Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
I’ve always been someone who others relied on—whether it was organizing projects, managing teams, or fixing problems that seemed impossible. My career in operations and program management looked impressive on paper, and I thrived in the chaos of corporate life. But internally, I was slowly suffocating. I felt like I was playing a role that didn’t fit me. I was doing the work, getting the promotions, but something was missing. I realized I wasn’t living my own life; I was living according to expectations—societal, professional, and even my own version of what “success” should look like.

The turning point came after a particularly stressful year when I realized that despite my professional accomplishments, I was unhappy. I started asking myself the tough questions: “What do I really want?” “What am I waiting for?” I went through a process of unlearning everything I thought I knew about success and failure. The answer wasn’t quick, but it was clear: I needed to create something for myself that felt true, not just comfortable or expected. That’s when I made the leap from the structured world of operations to starting my own coaching practice. It’s been a journey of self-discovery, struggle, and deep learning, and I’m so grateful for the discomfort—it pushed me to build something I truly believe in.

Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
At its core, my business is about helping women who feel stuck—whether in their careers, businesses, or lives—figure out what they really want and take the first steps toward creating it. I work with women who are high achievers but who feel unfulfilled or unsure of how to move forward. They’re often stuck in a cycle of second-guessing, overwhelmed by the “right” way to do things, and unsure if their dreams are even possible.

Through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and a variety of resources, I help them take action in a way that feels grounded in who they truly are. My approach blends the strategic, with my background in operations, and the personal, recognizing that the path to success is never just a straight line. We dig into their mindset, their vision, and how they can apply their skills and strengths to make a real shift—not just in their businesses, but in how they approach their lives.

Ultimately, it’s about breaking free from the pressure to be perfect or have it all figured out. I help my clients recognize their worth, trust themselves, and realize that they’re more than capable of creating something extraordinary—even if they don’t have all the answers upfront. The result is a business (or life) that feels aligned, exciting, and, most importantly, true to them.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/achievements here)
The response has been incredibly rewarding, both personally and professionally. Time and time again, clients share how life-changing it’s been to have a space where they can just be real about where they’re at, have accountability, and get guidance that’s practical, grounded, and compassionate.

Women tell me they’ve started trusting their instincts more, taking action without the paralyzing fear that used to hold them back. They’ve taken action on things they’ve been putting off for years. But what I’m most proud of is the feedback that they feel more aligned with who they really are and what they want. They’re not just going through the motions; they’re intentionally designing their lives in a way that feels right for them.

Knowing that I’ve impacted someone’s journey in a meaningful way—that’s my true achievement. It’s been incredibly fulfilling to see people step into their own power and create results that they once thought were out of reach.

Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.
My biggest supporter has been my partner—he’s been my sounding board, my reality check, and the person who reminded me, over and over, that I could take the leap. But I’ll also give credit to the people who’ve supported me in the quieter ways—friends who let me vent, a mentor who reminded me to trust my instincts, and my therapist, who helped me work through all the internal blocks that had kept me stuck for so long. A strong support system isn’t always loud—it’s the people who show up, listen, and offer that small but powerful push when you need it.

As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
I hope to see a world where women aren’t held back by the traditional “rules” of success. Where we can build businesses and lives that are aligned with our values, not just societal expectations. I want women to feel empowered to take up space, to pursue what excites them—even if it doesn’t follow the traditional path. Too often, we’ve been taught to shrink, to doubt ourselves, or to compromise our dreams to fit into boxes that don’t serve us.

The opportunities I’m seeking are rooted in collaboration. I want to connect with other women who are ready to take bold action but may need a little guidance on how to step into their power. I’m looking for spaces where we can challenge each other, grow together, and build businesses that are meaningful—not just profitable. The opportunities I’m most excited about are the ones where I can help women redefine success on their own terms and build communities where we support each other unapologetically.

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
I think women’s leadership today is finally being recognized for its unique strengths—empathy, intuition, collaboration—but we still have a long way to go. Leadership doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. For women, it often means leading with heart, building connections, and fostering environments where others can thrive. But I think the future of women’s leadership will be less about trying to fit into a mold and more about creating our own version of what it means to lead.

Women are now leading in ways that break all the traditional rules—whether that’s running businesses that prioritize people over profit, or taking bold risks in industries where women were once underrepresented. We’re showing that leadership isn’t about dominating or following old models—it’s about building something that serves everyone. That’s the kind of leadership I believe in, and I’m thrilled to see it continue to evolve.

Empowering women is best achieved through mutual support. Your work is truly inspiring. Would you like to nominate another female leader for this interview? If so, please provide details. We would love to hear more!
