From battling life-threatening illnesses to reclaiming her vitality, Corry Lang has transformed her pain into purpose. A certified naturopath and nutritional therapist, she helps women overcome chronic health conditions through regenerative detoxification, herbal medicine, and emotional healing. Her journey of self-healing and resilience is now inspiring thousands worldwide. Humans of Fuzia is proud to feature Corry’s story as a testament to women’s strength, wisdom, and the power of never giving up.
Q: What inspired you to begin your journey as a healer?
Corry: My journey started with my own health struggles. I had lupus, Alzheimer’s, Hashimoto’s, chronic fatigue, pain, and heart problems. Doctors couldn’t help me—my blood work always came back “normal,” yet I was barely surviving. With my background in science, I began researching and discovered regenerative detoxification. Through detoxifying my body and nourishing it with herbal medicine and whole foods, I healed myself. Now, I’ve been symptom-free for almost seven years, and I help other women do the same.
Q: What challenges did you face while navigating your healing journey?
Corry: One of the biggest challenges was not being taken seriously. As a woman, I noticed doctors often dismissed my symptoms. I had to stand up for myself, demand tests, and fight to be heard. That experience not only helped me heal but also ignited my passion for empowering women. I realized how many women suffer silently, told that their pain isn’t real, or that it’s “just in their head.” That emotional toll is just as damaging as the illness itself.
Q: How do you support women in their healing process today?
Corry: I guide women to detoxify on all levels—physically and emotionally. We work with herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to regenerate the body. But we also address emotional wounds, like medical PTSD and guilt from years of being dismissed. Healing isn’t just about the body; it’s about reclaiming self-worth and confidence. My mission is to empower women so that they, in turn, can heal their families and communities.
Q: What are your thoughts on women in leadership?
Corry: Women are naturally holistic leaders—we see the bigger picture, we care for communities, and we balance multiple perspectives. Men are great at task-focused execution, but women are wired to nurture and guide. That’s why I believe women belong in positions of leadership, where they can direct and inspire, while men complement them with their strengths. Together, we thrive.
Q: What advice do you have for aspiring women leaders and entrepreneurs?
Corry: Follow your instincts and inner wisdom. Don’t let generational trauma or societal conditioning hold you back. For centuries, women have been told we’re not enough. It’s time to rewrite that story. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, and never ignore your heart’s calling. Women can do anything.
Q: What does success mean to you?
Corry: Success means fulfilling my mission—helping women heal from chronic health issues and inspiring them to share that knowledge with others. If I can empower women to live in harmony with nature, to use plants, herbs, and food as medicine, and to teach their daughters and communities, that’s true success.
Q: What is your proudest milestone so far?
Corry: On a personal level, healing myself when I was on the verge of death is my proudest milestone. I went from being unable to walk to playing beach volleyball, hiking, and traveling again. Professionally, seeing my clients transform fills me with gratitude. One woman I worked with was close to dying—her energy was gone. After a few weeks of detoxification, her vitality returned, and after three months, she was radiant and full of life again. Knowing I played a role in that is the most rewarding feeling.
