Q: Chloe, can you share a bit about your journey into entrepreneurship?
Absolutely. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial seed inside me, though I didn’t quite know where to take it at first. I began my career in human resources at Credit Suisse, focusing on organizational behavior, motivation, and talent development. While I climbed the corporate ladder, I often felt unfulfilled on the inside. I had checked all the boxes of success society lays out for us, but something was missing. That led me on a journey of self-discovery, starting with yoga certification and later moving into personal development tools and coaching. From there, I built Human to Human Life—a platform to help people preserve their humanity in a digital age and prioritize connection in every aspect of their lives.
Q: Transitioning from corporate life to entrepreneurship isn’t easy. What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them?
One of the biggest challenges is always around finding clients and opportunities. For me, the answer has always been relationships. The relationships we form with ourselves and others are at the core of everything. Business is never built in isolation; it’s about surrounding yourself with like-minded, supportive individuals who believe in you and share your vision. Most of my opportunities came through connections and conversations, which really shows how powerful relationships are in shaping our path.
Q: Who do you primarily work with through your coaching and speaking engagements?
I work mostly with spiritually curious high achievers—women who are navigating transitions, looking to level up their leadership skills, or nurturing entrepreneurial ideas. They’re the ones who know deep down that they’re made for more but might feel stuck behind fear. My role is to help them see that everything they want lies on the other side of that fear.
Q: What advice would you share with women in our community who are just starting out on their journey?
The most important thing I’ve learned is that betting on yourself is the best risk you can ever take. Fear will always be there—it’s part of being human. But fear doesn’t have to define you or stop you. If you can face your fear and move through it, your dreams are waiting for you on the other side. It’s about feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
Q: What does success mean to you?
For me, success is waking up excited to live your life. It’s also about embracing change, rather than fearing it. Life is full of ups and downs, and being adaptable is key. True success is recognizing your own power, choosing perspectives that empower you, and knowing that nothing can hold you back except yourself.
Q: What are your future goals with your work?
My mission is to spread the message of human-to-human connection. I want to help people feel more equipped to handle the constant changes of life while building meaningful, fulfilling lives. Through keynote speaking and coaching, I want individuals to see their worth, recognize their potential, and know that connection can turn the impossible into the possible.
Q: How do you manage wearing so many hats as a solopreneur?
For me, my work doesn’t feel like work—it feels like play. It’s my way of contributing to the world, and because I love what I do, it energizes me rather than drains me. I believe that if I could find this alignment in my own life, everyone else can too. When your work is infused with passion, it stops feeling like a burden and instead becomes a way to express the best version of yourself.
“In the end, success is about believing in yourself, even when fear is loud. Your mindset shapes your reality—so choose perspectives that empower you, and build a life you truly love living.” – Chloe Street
