Q: Annie, could you share your vision and mission as a performance coach?
Annie: My vision and mission is to help women become fully aware of their feminine productivity cycle syncing so that they can match their energy to their productivity—saving them hours each month.

Q: That sounds fascinating. How do you help women through this approach?
Annie: I provide coaching on productivity, cycle syncing, habits, rituals, standard operating procedures, and focus. This allows women to regain their productivity, save up to 80% of their time in decision-making, and align their cycle with their workflow to achieve a natural flow throughout the month.

Q: Could you tell us more about your boot camp?
Annie: Yes, it’s a six-month one-on-one coaching program. I work closely with women, often business owners, to standardize their operating procedures. This helps reduce decision fatigue and gives them more time and energy to focus on what truly matters.

Q: Where do you focus your outreach and how do you create awareness around your work?
Annie: I’m active on LinkedIn through posts and live sessions, and I also use YouTube. I’ll be starting workshops in 2026. I also have a website where people can learn more about me and my work.

Q: What aspirations do you have for the coming years?
Annie: My aspiration for 2026 is to grow a team—I’d like to hire a virtual assistant, bring in another coach, and begin group coaching.

Q: What challenges do you face in your journey?
Annie: The main challenge is getting in front of the right women and helping them understand how cycle syncing can transform their productivity and careers. On the technical side, I’ve already learned a lot over the years, but right now, my new challenge is learning YouTube.

Q: Lastly, what message would you like to share with our community of women?
Annie: Women can excel using their creativity, intuition, and vision by syncing their female hormone cycle with their productivity. This allows them to advance faster and fully utilize all their unique gifts.
