Through her unique framework, backed by years of research and real-world results, she empowers individuals to break free from patterns that hold them back. At Humans of Fuzia, we are proud to spotlight her mission and her belief in creating success on your own terms.

Amy, tell us about your entrepreneurial journey and the businesses you are running today.
I currently run The Uncoded Company, which is an extension of my long-standing business consulting background. For 20 years, I’ve worked with small to medium-sized businesses on restructuring and turning around struggling operations. With Uncoded, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from business and applied it to people—helping them see where they are stuck and why, using an entirely new approach to self-development. In addition to Uncoded, I also work with an investment management company as part of their leadership team.

Are you building this venture alone or do you have a team?
I have a small team, but my biggest partner is my sister. She handles all of the technology and works with me to build the framework behind Uncoded. We’ve collaborated closely to design this process, and while I occasionally work with others, it’s primarily the two of us building this together.

How did you land your first client and realize this work creates real change?
Interestingly, my first client came from reconnecting with an old friend. He had accomplished so much in life but felt stuck. I shared insights from my framework, which I had been refining over the years, and he immediately wanted to dive in. After working together for nearly 10 weeks, he experienced massive shifts in his life, which gave me the confidence to pursue Uncoded fully. Since then, most of my clients have come through word of mouth, personal connections, and even LinkedIn outreach.

What message would you share with women starting their journey this year?
Learn to live your life for you. My research across tens of millions of data sets shows that women thrive when they prioritize themselves—whether that’s through loving their careers, building financial independence, or making time for personal growth. Sacrificing yourself for others only drains your energy. Women deserve to create a life they love without apology.

Do you have any exciting upcoming launches?
Yes! I’m launching a one-on-one intensive version of my program—a four-week deep dive to help people gain clarity and change their lives faster. I also have an online course launching soon to help individuals discover whether they have a static or dynamic identity. Over the next 30 days, there will be multiple new tools and programs rolling out.

What is a short-term goal you’re working towards?
My biggest goal in the next year is to develop an AI-powered tool that makes my framework accessible and affordable to everyone. Not everyone can invest in high-level coaching, but everyone deserves to understand why they’re stuck and how to move forward. I want this app to empower people to break free from patterns holding them back without relying on gimmicks like morning routines or temporary fixes.

Is there an important message you’d like to share with our audience?
Absolutely. After 10 years of research, I’ve found that each person has a unique combination of drivers that shapes their version of success. The idea that there’s one best way to be successful or happy is simply false. Real success comes from embracing your true self—not the version you were told you should be—and building your life in alignment with that.

“The life and success you desire already exist within you—the key is to uncoded the version of you that’s holding you back and fully step into who you’re meant to be.”
