Before you ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, what were your deepest passions and most cherished interests? What captivated your imagination, ignited your curiosity, or simply brought you joy?

These passions and interests are still true after being an entrepreneur! Nature, wildlife, tennis, hiking, yoga, meditation, photography, travel, intercultural experiences, spending time with friends, the arts (visual and performing), and music.

How do you stay connected with your customers and gather feedback? What channels do you use to communicate with them, and how do you ensure that their voices are heard?

I stay connected through emails, texts, video calls, and, less frequently these days, in-person meetings. Feedback is solicited and given informally as well as through formal surveys.

Looking back on your journey, what moments or milestones stand out as the most significant achievements in your career?

Spending 11 years living in China and working throughout Asia. Setting up and running a consulting office in Shanghai for a British-based consultancy. Creating an assessment center for a European automotive organization that was expanded to multiple European countries.

How do you stay updated with the ever-evolving marketing landscape?

It is tough! I wish I had the answer for this. The pace at which things change is continually increasing, and the number of factors that influence marketing continues to grow.
