Tell us about your path — how did your journey bring you here?
I started out as a developer, but deep down, I always felt drawn to the people side of things. I loved the buzz of expos and networking events—it was exciting to hear different perspectives, stories, and challenges. That’s what pulled me toward sales. It felt more natural to me to build relationships and help people find the right solutions. That shift felt less like a career change and more like finding where I truly fit.
What’s a value you live by every day — and is there a childhood memory connected to it?
One value I’ve carried since I was little is that I believe in people easily. I remember a quiet girl in school who everyone thought was rude, but I felt she was just shy. I sat with her one day at lunch, and slowly, she opened up. We became friends.
That moment stayed with me—it taught me the power of empathy. Sometimes, people just need someone to see them without judgment. I still try to live that way today: to trust first, listen more, and lead with kindness.
Can you recall a moment (big or small) that made you feel really proud?
One moment I’m really proud of is leading a team of nine, where 80% were men. It was sometimes challenging and overwhelming as I grew as a leader, but after a year of hard work, I was honored with the “Front Runner” award.
Receiving that award in front of my husband and little angel made me feel truly proud of what I had achieved.
What has being part of the Fuzia team meant to you?
Being part of the Fuzia team has been amazing. Whenever I ask for help, they’re there right away—no ifs, no buts! And the best part? I get to work with an all-women team—it’s basically a girl squad where the magic happens. Haha!
Beyond work, we’ve built great friendships, shared plenty of laughs, and supported each other throughout this wonderful journey over the past year.
What message would you give to someone who wants to be in your kind of role?
If you want a role like mine at Fuzia, just believe in yourself and keep learning. Don’t worry about competing with others—focus on growing your own skills and enjoy the journey.
