What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
I have been a session musician, photographer, I have a degree in Film Video and Photography and I’m naturally creative. Before becoming a coach I was a general manager of 3 Yoga Studios looking after 100 staff, it was initially my desire to be the best manager i could be that had me signing up for my coaching course.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
I fell in love with coaching half way through the course and I felt a strong desire to become a full time coach so as soon as I qualified, I gave up my coach and set up my coaching practice.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
My desire to set up my coaching practice was to be of assistance to people, to be a positive catalyst for change.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
I believe that we need more women in leadership roles, however it’s often women’s conditioning and lack of belief in themselves that holds them back. I have coached many women to break through their limiting beliefs and to reach for the stars!
What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?
Trust yourself, believe in your abilities, stay strong and find something that inspires you.
