Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
Sevraj Syed: 40 years of experience internationally in Clothing textile technology with IE background and education, has worked in UK /Europe retail head office, sourcing offices and manufacturing. Specializing in Design, development, Garment Technology, AI processes at development and pre-production. Fabric testing management and structure in accordance with British, European and USA standards, Quality management pre/mid and post, compliance including fire and building construction and sustainability with close loop structures. Total end to end solutions for the retail/sourcing/manufacturing processes
Henny Gala: A fully experienced Illustrator operator and photoshop, design ability and 8 years in Lingerie, ladies and kids nightwear, men’s underwear and nightwear, socks for all age groups,, design, product development, Garment Technology and Quality
Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
TR4 U is an initiative to bring recognition and emotional understanding, eliminating discrimination and politics by having a clear identity of heritage – Hence an emotional connection.
SH consultancy is an initiative/ benefit, are a wide range from positive effects for the human environment, firstly AI supports on reduction of samples ending in landfill, secondly it enhances the work life balance as more can be achieved in a shorter time, impacts the manufacturing as it avoids changing minds and hence affecting the overtime issues and creates flexibility and speed to market, Our training formats are also created to support those with no experience or education so long as they can effectively use a mobile phone they can become an AI design /development creator. We are giving back to the world our experience to enhance others via our learning,
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/ achievements here)
We are not launched as yet, however for TRU 4 we have shared our initial samples with groups of different ethnic minorities within our city and they have given us amazing feedback, we have donated T-shirt to the Cancer events and these achieved a high auction price
we have explored the music world and the message they bring has been taken very positively
SH consultants have approached ex colleagues, businesses etc and found a very positive response, we already have managed a few projects to test ourselves and build our own confidence in our own capabilities.

We have recently engaged with ‘she can shine’ a women entrepreneurial group who are very supportive emotionally, practically and business wise.. they have a building free to use for our business with others available to guide and help when needed.
As a young woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
The changes we would look forward to is a true equality between the sexes in business, from appreciation of what women and men bring to the table to working for the same goals the future of the world and build it as we need it to be for the next generations, Sharing our experiences as equals

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
Overall Women lead emotionally v men and this can be a positive as they will seek out a lot of what men would not see as top of the list
Men on the other hand are more defined in making decision as they are less influenced by the emotions.
