Could you describe your initiative/startup’s purpose and vision and how it benefits its target audience?
I am on a mission to help everyday people make better decisions about their lives and careers by revolutionizing the workplace. With over 70% of people unhappy in their jobs, I am dedicated to democratizing access to the tools that empower individuals to choose fulfilling work that aligns with their strengths. While many focus on solving this issue at home, I believe transformation must happen where people spend most of their time—at work. Through AI-driven profiling and innovative solutions, I am disrupting outdated systems, enabling leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams, and reshaping the future of work for the better.

In what ways has your life changed since you began your entrepreneurial journey?
I guess the biggest thing that entrepreneurship gave me was the opportunity to work towards my purpose and mission. I’m not going to say it’s been easy—it’s been extremely difficult. However, the data showed that I was on the right path, so perseverance has made all the difference.
Do you have anyone who is the biggest support system in your life? Please let us know.
My husband, Tristan Banha-Acutt, and a few mentors like Marinda VanDer Brugghen, Michelle Clarke, Steve Psaradellis, Lex Giorgio, Lynardia Groubert, Anton Menkveld, Werner Wichmann, and many more.
What key pieces of advice/insights would you offer to aspiring entrepreneurs?
It’s much easier if you find a product earlier on that people want to buy. If you really believe that your idea is revolutionary, be prepared that only one out of 100 people will agree with you. Surround yourself with people who love disruption and keep focused on the goal.
Do you think ‘GENDER’ affects entrepreneurship? Your views.
I haven’t experienced gender as a restriction, but I’ve noticed many opportunities for minority groups to stand out and create impact through their unique experiences and perspectives. Those who focus on gender as a barrier often get distracted from their mission. It’s easy to blame external factors, but real progress comes from staying focused, blocking out the noise, and committing to the goal. If you look at the most successful people, especially from minority groups, they all share one thing in common—they are mission-driven, relentless in their pursuit, and refuse to be derailed by distractions.
Empowering everyone is best achieved through mutual support. Your work is truly inspiring. Would you like to nominate another male/female leader for this interview?
