Tell us a little about yourself and how your journey began.
Like many, I grew up in a household where things looked perfect on the outside, but beneath the surface, there was hidden violence and pain. As a child, I didn’t question it—I thought that was just life. But when I held my own children, everything inside me shattered. I couldn’t comprehend how anyone could harm what I now loved so fiercely. That moment led me to realize what I had experienced wasn’t normal—it was trauma, and it had shaped me deeply. But I also understood I wasn’t broken. I was just believing thoughts that weren’t true. That realization set me on a path to help others heal by questioning their thoughts and reclaiming their peace.
You mentioned working with people globally. Who are the individuals you typically support?
I work with anyone who has a thought! Though my client base is predominantly women, I also support courageous men who are willing to question what’s happening in their lives instead of blaming external circumstances. I’ve worked with people living in war zones, survivors of domestic violence, individuals who self-harm, and those battling addiction. It doesn’t matter where you are or what your story is—freedom comes when we stop being a slave to our thoughts.
You spoke about how powerful women can be. How do you view women’s leadership and entrepreneurship?
I truly believe when women change, the world changes. Women carry immense power, though many don’t realize it yet. We often associate power with aggression, but that’s not true. We also mistake peace for inaction, and that’s not true either. Women can be powerful and peaceful at the same time. But the only real challenge stopping women from stepping into leadership or entrepreneurship is what they’re thinking. It’s all about those beliefs running in the back of their minds—thinking they’re not ready, that they need permission, that they need to sacrifice everything to be chosen. But what if they didn’t believe those thoughts? What could they achieve then?
What are your thoughts on influencing and shaping the mind? How do we keep our thoughts ‘sane’?
First, it’s important to understand—the brain is not the mind, just like the heart isn’t love. We’re listening to our minds all day long, and the key is to question what we’re thinking. Most of our suffering comes from believing scary thoughts about the future or holding on to painful thoughts from the past. But if we simply stop and ask ourselves, “Is this thought true?” or imagine, “What if I couldn’t believe this thought at all?”—that’s where freedom begins. You don’t have to stock up on external comforts to feel safe. You don’t have to change the world to feel peace. It starts from within.
What has been your biggest challenge so far?
Always, the biggest challenge is what I’m thinking in the moment. It’s easy to blame others, the economy, timing, or circumstances. But when I feel fear or restriction, I know it’s coming from my own mind. My true challenge is questioning those thoughts and pulling myself back to peace. Even today, my only real challenge is to stay present and question what’s holding me back.
What short-term goals have you set for yourself this year?
My goal is simple—to enjoy where I am when I’m in it. Right now, my only goal is to sit here, have this lovely conversation with you, and be present.
What message would you like to share with other changemakers reading this?
You don’t have to live with fear, anxiety, or stress. There are many roads to peace—meditation, yoga, spiritual work, energy healing, psychological growth. But everything begins with the mind. The last place we usually look is within, but that’s exactly where all the answers are.
“We are not broken. We are simply believing thoughts that aren’t true. And beliefs can be undone.”
