Q: Tobias, what inspired you to begin your entrepreneurial journey in fitness?
I grew up with a single mom and without much financial stability. We moved around a lot, and I didn’t really have a male role model. When I was ten, my mom enrolled me in the Big Brothers program, and my mentor introduced me to the gym. That single decision changed my life. Fitness gave me confidence, direction, and discipline. What started as a personal transformation eventually became my mission—to help others feel strong, capable, and confident in their own lives.
Q: How did that passion evolve into a business?
I started as a personal trainer back in 1999 and worked my way up through leadership roles in large gym chains. While managing gyms, I realized how powerful fitness was—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Years later, people began reaching out to me online for workout and nutrition advice. I initially helped for free, but eventually saw an opportunity to build something sustainable. That’s when I took a leap, invested in a business coach, and slowly transitioned into online fitness coaching.
Q: What were some major challenges you faced while building your business?
Lead generation and consistency were big challenges early on. I also wanted to make sure clients genuinely got results—I’m very results-driven. I spent a lot of time building systems, improving processes, and learning from experienced mentors. It was never about shortcuts; it was about creating a solid foundation that could grow and still deliver value.
Q: Are you building this business alone or with a team?
I have a strong team supporting me. From appointment setters and tech specialists to customer support and marketing leadership, everyone plays a role. I’ve learned that you can’t scale impact alone—you need people who believe in the mission and bring their strengths to the table.
Q: As someone who works closely with many women professionals, what are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
Women today are absolutely unstoppable. I’ve seen women outperform expectations in leadership and sales again and again. They build strong communities, create trust effortlessly, and become powerful authorities in their niches. When women have the right direction and support, there are truly no limits.
Q: What message would you like to share with future women leaders and entrepreneurs?
If you believe you can—or you believe you can’t—you’re right. Find a real problem, create a solution, and build a path around it. There are tools, platforms, and opportunities everywhere today. Nothing is holding you back. Just go for it.
Q: Finally, what does success mean to you—personally and professionally?
Success is freedom. Time freedom to be with my family. Location freedom to travel. Financial freedom to live comfortably without constant stress. It’s not about luxury—it’s about being present, providing for my loved ones, and living life on my own terms.
“Find the problem, create the solution, and build your path—there’s nothing that can stop you.”
