The Woman Aiming to Break the Cycle of Systemic & Generational Financial Limitations

Kayleigh Provins

Kayleigh Provins says that, “As an expat, I’ve been fortunate enough to spend my entire adult life living abroad in some incredible places like Egypt, Italy, and France. Each country has given me the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture and explore the world from a different perspective. Over the years, I’ve tried my hand at so many different things, searching for my true calling. And finally, in 2022, I found it. I was able to bring together all of my experiences and passions to launch my very own business. As an energetic money and life coach, I’m dedicated to helping others reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. I absolutely love everything related to health, wellness, and outdoor adventure. It’s what fuels me and keeps me motivated to continue exploring new opportunities for personal growth and learning.

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

My childhood years were not the easiest, growing up with divorced parents wasn’t easy, and I didn’t get to see my dad as much as I would have liked. I have one sister and let’s just say we were not very close. I had a pretty normal life, and had family and friends around for the most part, but I always felt like I was a bit different from my peers. I struggled internally with who I was and the image I portrayed of myself to the world, but despite this, I excelled in school and found solace in my ability and desire to learn new things.

As soon as I could, I left the UK to explore the world and satisfy my wanderlust and desire to understand what else there was out there. I was drawn to the thrill of travel and adventure, as well as the opportunity to immerse myself in new and exciting cultures. It was like a calling that I couldn’t resist. I called to build a life on my terms and not have a life I felt society was pushing me into (the traditional university education, the husband, the house, the kids).

Although leaving my home behind was difficult, the experiences I’ve had since then have been truly transformative. I’ve learned so much about myself and the world around me, and I’ve grown in ways I never thought possible. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s always been worth it.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”

I am driven by the desire for more – more abundance, more fulfillment, more success – and the unwavering belief that I deserve it all simply by virtue of existing. This conviction fuels my passion for helping others understand and embrace the same mindset.

As I looked around at the landscape of business and money coaching, I realized that there was a gap that needed to be filled. So many women out there were craving a space to talk openly about money and take control of their own financial destiny. They needed a safe and empowering environment where they could learn practical skills for managing their finances, but more than that, they needed to elevate their frequency and tap into the energy of abundance.

Letting go of the limiting Money Story that has been passed down through generations and reinforced by societal expectations is essential to achieving true financial empowerment. It’s a process of shedding old beliefs and embracing a new, abundant way of thinking. And I’m honored to be able to guide women through that process, helping them step into their power and create a life of abundance and fulfillment.

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?

My vision is big. I want to break the cycle of systemic & generational financial limitations.

At Liberty Money & Life Coaching we use proven transformational techniques to guide the empowered to create inner alignment and raise their frequency. With dedication, determination, and direction they step into their true power to confidently create wealth and live a life on their terms.

Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

For me and I know it is the same for so many like us, I used to find it hard to talk about my accomplishments, so this question made me pause for a second and what I really want to say here is that the biggest accomplishment I am proud of is always putting myself first, being brave, and believing in myself. Because without these things I would not have been able to leave the UK at 18 and my life would look very different now.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

The change that I believe is most crucial for our world is empowering more women to take control of their own lives and destinies. I believe that every woman deserves to be the author of her own story, and to know without a doubt that she is worthy of all the success, happiness, and fulfillment she desires.

It’s essential that we empower the next generation of female leaders to believe in themselves, their abilities, and their potential. Women must know that they have the power to create their own paths and make a difference in the world.

Breaking the systemic cycle of oppression and limiting beliefs that has held women back for centuries is a monumental task, but it’s a task that we must take on if we want to create a more equitable, just, and prosperous world. We must stand up for ourselves and for each other, supporting and uplifting our fellow women along the way. Together, we can create a future where every woman has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

Women in leadership can have a transformative impact on our society and our world. When women are given the opportunity to lead, we bring unique perspectives, experiences, and qualities to the table. We are collaborative, empathetic, and community-focused, and we prioritize the well-being of others.

The bigger picture for me is that more women in leadership changes the fundamental structure of our society bringing in a softer more collaborative energy to the workforce. When women are empowered to lead, we create a better world for all of us. It’s up to us to take action, break down the barriers, and make it happen.

What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

Believe that you can and be the author of your own story!

Believing in yourself and being the author of your own story means taking responsibility for your own life and creating a path that aligns with your vision of a fulfilling and purposeful existence. It’s an empowering and transformative mindset that can help you achieve your goals and make a positive impact on the world around you for generations to come.
