Could you elaborate on the nature of your business, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
At e-Beach Wagon, we created the world’s smartest, easiest way to haul your beach gear. Our patented electric motorized wagon carries up to 300 lbs across sand, grass, gravel, and more—eliminating the strain of dragging heavy gear. With a versatile 4-in-1 design that converts from a powered wagon to a table, bench, or utility cart, it simplifies outdoor adventures for families, retirees, mobility-challenged individuals, and beach lovers everywhere. What began as a personal solution has grown into a nationally recognized innovation, with customers across the U.S. and international expansion underway. Our tagline says it all: Simplify Your Beach Trek.

In parallel, I lead iMarketeur, a strategic marketing consultancy serving home service and direct-to-consumer brands. We specialize in driving business growth, refining brand strategy, and executing data-driven, high-performance marketing programs. Both ventures are rooted in solving everyday challenges through innovation, thoughtful design, and long-term value creation.

What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
My journey as an entrepreneur was inspired by two pivotal moments in my life. The first was becoming a mother. After having my son, I wanted more control over my schedule, a healthier work-life balance, and the freedom to work with clients I genuinely believed in. That vision led to the launch of iMarketeur—a strategic marketing consultancy where I partner with brands I know I can elevate.

The second moment came years earlier on Higbee Beach in Cape May, NJ. My husband and I would visit regularly with our Yorkie, Winnie, and quickly realized how physically exhausting it was to haul everything we needed for a full beach day. That frustration sparked the idea for e-Beach Wagon—a smarter, easier way to carry gear over sand and various terrains. What started as a simple solution to a common problem has grown into a nationally recognized brand redefining outdoor mobility.

Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you’re overcome those obstacles?
In the early stages of my career, one of the biggest challenges was finding my voice—learning when to speak up, advocate for myself and others, and understanding the difference between constructive collaboration and environments where concerns were dismissed. Like many early professionals, I struggled with determining what behavior to tolerate from leadership and when it was time to move on.

Over time, through experience and growing confidence in my skills and instincts, I learned to trust myself. I sought out and embraced more inclusive, collaborative workplaces where open dialogue was encouraged. Those shifts not only helped me thrive but shaped the empathetic, strategic leader I am today.

Would you like to share any remarkable achievement?
One of my most remarkable achievements came just one month before my son was born: the private equity-backed company I was part of was successfully sold to a new firm, and I held equity in that sale. At 38 years old, this achievement provided financial freedom for my family and the foundation to pursue future business ventures on our terms. It was a transformative moment—both professionally and personally—that set the stage for what would become e-Beach Wagon and iMarketeur.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women leaders today are breaking barriers and reshaping industries with resilience, empathy, and innovation. We’re no longer just occupying seats at the table—we’re influencing decisions, transforming cultures, and building companies that reflect the diversity of the world around us. I believe women in leadership bring a unique balance of strength and emotional intelligence, which fosters collaboration and long-term success. As more women rise in leadership roles, we not only redefine what leadership looks like, but we also inspire the next generation to dream bigger and lead boldly.

What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Believe in your voice, your ideas, and your ability to lead—especially when it feels uncomfortable. You don’t need permission to take up space or make bold moves. Surround yourself with people who support your vision, and don’t be afraid to walk away from places or people who don’t. Be relentless in your pursuit, curious in your learning, and intentional with your energy. The path won’t always be easy, but it will be worth it.
