Syreeta Fields is a wife, mother, and Christian dating coach whose life journey led her to discover a deeper understanding of love, healing, and partnership. After navigating her own past relationships and transforming the patterns that once held her back, she now helps singles find clarity, confidence, and connection on their path to love. Humans of Fuzia is featuring Syreeta because her work reflects the very mission that drives our 5-million-member community: empowering women to grow, heal, and support one another. Her story is a reminder that personal transformation can ripple outward, inspiring others to build relationships rooted in self-worth, healthy choices, and mutual respect. We believe in He for She and She for She — and voices like Syreeta’s help make that possible.
Q: Syreeta, can you introduce yourself and what you do?
A: My name is Syreeta Fields. I’m a wife, a mom of two, and a Christian dating coach. I help single Christian women and men—really anyone who is seeking a healthy relationship—understand themselves better and prepare for meaningful, lasting connections. I’ve been coaching for almost three years now, and my work is rooted in the journey I personally walked through.
Q: What inspired you to become a coach?
A: I was trying to heal from past relationships and figure out what I needed to do differently. At first, it was easy to blame other people, but I realized that sometimes, the real work is on us—because we’re the ones choosing the people we allow into our lives. When I finally healed and met the man who is now my husband, I knew I wanted to help others experience the same transformation.
Q: What type of individuals do you usually work with?
A: Mostly singles who are around 30 and up. That’s often the age where people start asking, “Am I ever going to find someone?” They may feel overwhelmed mentally or emotionally. I help them break through that mindset so they can recognize the right partner and build a relationship that leads to marriage.
Q: How do you coach your clients? Is it one-on-one or group based?
A: It’s one-on-one. The healing my clients go through is very personal, and many prefer to remain anonymous. Because of that, group coaching isn’t the best fit for the kind of work we do.
Q: Do you work with people outside the United States as well?
A: Yes, absolutely. I work with individuals around the world. Healing, growth, and love aren’t location-specific!
Q: How do people typically find you?
A: Primarily through social media. I’m active on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X, and I’m currently working on my website as well.
Q: What are some challenges you’re working through in your business?
A: Growth. I finally have one client who’s consistent, which is a big win, and I’m learning from that experience as I work toward bringing in more clients. The hardest part is finding the people who need support, because dating is often private—people don’t announce that they’re struggling.
Q: What are your aspirations moving forward?
A: I want to see more healthy relationships turn into healthy marriages. I hear men and women asking, “Where is my spouse?” and my heart is to help them become who they need to be, so they can find someone who truly complements them. I also want to live a prosperous life where I can help people grow.
Q: What message would you like to share with those who are reading this?
A: Don’t give up. Use this time to get to know yourself. Don’t stay stuck in your head. If it’s your season to date, enjoy it — but stay mindful of your values, preferences, and what matters most to you.
As Syreeta reminds us, “Use this time to get to know you more… and don’t be so much in your head.” Healing, growth, and love are journeys worth embracing — with patience, honesty, and faith.
