Tell us about your path — how did your journey bring you here?
To be honest, my journey’s been pretty unplanned. I’ve mostly figured things out along the way—learning as I go, following what felt right, and being open to trying new things.
Somewhere along the line, I discovered that I really enjoy building things, working with people, and being part of something meaningful. That’s what slowly brought me here—doing work that actually helps people and makes a difference in their journey, too.
It hasn’t always been easy. There’ve been a lot of ups and downs, but every step taught me something. And truthfully, I’m still learning… every single day.

What’s a value you live by every day — and is there a childhood memory connected to it?
One value I really try to live by is just showing up, even when it’s tough. Whether it’s for work, people around me, or even just myself, I believe in doing what needs to be done—especially when no one’s watching.
That comes from my father. Growing up, I saw him handle so much without ever complaining. He was always calm and present—just quietly doing what had to be done without making a big deal out of it. That really stuck with me. It taught me that being consistent matters way more than being perfect.

Can you recall a moment (big or small) that made you feel really proud?
Yeah, actually—just recently, I went over my quarterly target, and it honestly meant a lot to me.
It wasn’t just about hitting a number. It felt personal because there were days I doubted myself, felt stuck, or was just plain tired. But I kept going anyway. It felt like a little “you did it” from the universe.

What has being part of the Fuzia team meant to you?
Being part of the Fuzia team has meant being part of a truly grounded ecosystem where empathy, collaboration, and growth go hand in hand.
It’s not just about the work we do, but the way we do it. I’ve felt supported, challenged, and inspired all at once. It’s a space where ideas are welcomed, voices are heard, and there’s a genuine commitment to lifting each other up.
For me, it’s been more than just a job—it’s been a journey of learning, unlearning, and becoming more aligned with the professional (and person) I want to be.

What message would you give to someone who wants to be in your kind of role?
Experience really does come with time. As much as I once wished for shortcuts… they just don’t exist (I’ve tried!). So keep going, keep learning, and most of all, keep showing up.
