Tell us about yourself and your journey.
I sometimes say that I’ve already lived two or three lifetimes in this lifetime. I come from a long history of mental and emotional struggles, which eventually led me to take charge of my life. That journey began about ten years ago and has now materialized into what I feel is my true purpose—supporting and helping others.
Today, I work as a coach and mentor, and I also teach meditation and yoga. I trained in India, which gave me a strong connection to yoga philosophy that is not always emphasized in the West. I integrate these teachings into my classes in Stockholm to create a bridge between Eastern and Western perspectives.
Being of dual ethnicity and having traveled extensively across cultures has given me a broad understanding of people and their experiences. My focus is to support others in building self-knowledge, self-trust, and confidence so they can move toward their purpose and happiness.
What is the core focus of your work as a coach?
Most of my clients come to me because they feel stuck, demotivated, or unsure about their direction. Some feel that something is missing in their lives, even if everything looks fine externally. They want change and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
I begin by understanding where they are emotionally and mentally. Many people struggle with following through on their goals, which gradually affects their confidence and self-esteem. They enter cycles of guilt and shame that reduce motivation and create emotional distress.
Others are overly focused on future desires or stuck in past experiences, which prevents them from living in the present. My role is to help them break these patterns, reconnect with themselves, and step into the future they want by becoming the person who can support that vision.
How do meditation and personal growth practices support your work?
Meditation is a powerful tool that I personally practice every day, but I don’t believe there is one universal solution for everyone. Each individual is different, and what works for one person may not work for another.
My approach focuses on helping people discover their own path to clarity and inner connection. It’s about understanding the individual and supporting them in finding the practices that truly work for them.
How do you share your work and reach people?
I don’t focus heavily on social media because it can be energy-consuming. I primarily share my work through LinkedIn, referrals from clients, and a monthly podcast that I co-host with a friend.
In the podcast, we talk about personal growth, anxiety, goal-setting, and practical tools for development. It allows us to share knowledge, inspire others, and create awareness about personal transformation.
What are your aspirations for the future?
My goal is to expand my ability to help others. I see increasing levels of stress and pressure in today’s world, and I want to share the tools and methods that helped me overcome similar challenges.
I especially want to support women in their 30s and 40s who want to create more sustainable and balanced lives. Expanding my reach and impact is my primary focus for the future.
What challenges have you faced in your journey?
One of the biggest challenges when working for yourself is maintaining consistency and excitement. There are periods when motivation dips, especially during slower seasons.
However, I see these moments as opportunities for reflection and learning. I spend time reading, writing, and seeking deeper understanding, which strengthens my ability to support others. Every challenge can become a source of growth if we choose to learn from it.
What message would you like to share with readers?
We all have the power within us—it’s about learning how to access it. Instead of constantly seeking solutions outside ourselves, we should build self-belief and trust in our own abilities.
True growth comes from connecting with our authenticity and understanding our inner strength.
“We all have the power within us — the journey is about learning to trust it and live authentically.”
