Her journey from a life-changing health crisis to becoming a transformational coach reflects resilience, self-awareness, and a deep commitment to helping others unlock their potential.

Can you share your background and what inspired your journey?

My journey began with a major turning point — I developed a heart condition in my mid-20s while working in a marketing role. Although I had a stable job and career growth, I felt deeply unhappy and disconnected because I wanted to work with people and create meaningful impact.

I was living in constant fear — fear of losing financial security, fear of change, and fear of what others would think. Eventually, my health deteriorated, and my body forced me to pay attention. That experience became my wake-up call.

I started exploring Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and emotional awareness. Through this process, I realized that emotions are not wrong — they carry messages. Learning to accept my emotions and take responsibility for my choices transformed my life. It felt like being born again, and this transformation inspired me to help others overcome their fears.

Why did you choose to become a fear specialist?

I began to see fear as a powerful teacher rather than something negative. Fear, anxiety, and stress offer valuable lessons if we are willing to understand them.

One simple practice I recommend is asking yourself: “Why am I afraid?” When you identify the root cause, much of the fear disappears because awareness moves you from emotional reaction to rational thinking.

Many people fear failure, but behind that are smaller fears — fear of judgment, rejection, or making mistakes. However, mistakes are essential for growth. We only truly learn when things don’t go as planned. When we change our perspective, every experience becomes either success or learning.

Today, I work with employees, managers, and organizations to build fear-free work cultures, improve communication, and help individuals embrace vulnerability and emotional awareness.

What has your entrepreneurial journey been like?

Entrepreneurship has given me incredible freedom — the ability to travel, work with inspiring people, and make a real impact. I value the flexibility to manage my time and be present for my family while pursuing meaningful work.

However, the journey is not easy. Financial uncertainty can be challenging, especially in the early stages. Unlike traditional jobs, you don’t always know when opportunities or income will come. Entrepreneurship requires discipline, structure, and strong self-management.

I also learned the hard way that overworking leads to burnout. At one point, I pushed myself too much trying to “catch up,” which affected my health. That experience taught me that physical and mental well-being must be the top priority for any entrepreneur.

What is your advice for entrepreneurs and professionals managing stress and pressure?

Your health must come first. Without strong physical and emotional well-being, success becomes unsustainable.

Entrepreneurs should:

  • Prioritize sleep and self-care.
  • Build inner strength and resilience.
  • Become their own support system.
  • Accept uncertainty as part of growth.

When you take care of yourself, you can better serve others. You cannot help others effectively if you are exhausted or overwhelmed.

What are your thoughts on women’s empowerment and societal expectations?

Women often face immense pressure to excel in every role — career, family, appearance, and personal life. These expectations can be overwhelming and unrealistic.

True empowerment begins with honesty and self-awareness. When women prioritize their well-being and happiness, they become better professionals, mothers, partners, and leaders. Being authentic and fulfilled is more important than meeting societal standards.

What message would you like to share with aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs?

Embrace fear instead of avoiding it. Mistakes are not failures — they are lessons that help you grow. Prioritize your health, take responsibility for your choices, and trust that every challenge carries an opportunity for transformation.
