Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
I left a good leadership tech career at a global company to do incredible things. As a former project manager, head of data, web dev, and teacher, I now write, speak and train others to monetize their knowledge [with digital products] & transform their mindset for future financial freedom.

I regularly speak at tech & business events and am currently writing my book about Focus & Flow State. I was trained by a renowned neurotherapist in ADHD, NLP, and am certified in Neuroscience.

Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
My passion is helping business owners & founders to access their natural flow for life, using their potential to build results-driven Digital Programs while creating time and financial freedom.

I’ve found that as a mum of 3 with a corporate career, I hit burnout and faced depression for 2 years. I now know that by designing your life intentionally—escaping the shackles of your current beliefs and identity—you have a lot more potential.

And instead of exchanging time for money, seeing yourself trapped and on the way to burnout, you can use the digital economy to create digital products to monetize.

This will give you greater freedom of time and money. But also allow you to choose when to spend more time with your family. This space will also allow more creativity to flow.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/ achievements here)
Overwhelming sense of need.

Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.
Being a solo entrepreneur can be lonely. Most other parents don’t understand. Family and friends often doubt you.

I had to create my own mastermind community of other female entrepreneurs to find a supportive community—one based on trust, support and encouragement.

These are my trusted friends in business for several years now: Anthea McCourtie [Nutritionist & PT], Anne Hellgren [Empowerment Coach], Sophie Swinn [Exec Coach], Ann Bach [Life After Sports Coach], Shreya Patel-Parekh [Founder].

As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
For more women to elevate and be elevated. Day in, day out, I see women play small. They have a lot more to give, but society and even other women can pass judgement that affects their self-esteem.

I’ve seen it too often that we don’t support and lift each other enough.

Then in society, we need to recognise that even though the person does not shout the loudest, they can be the leader we need.

If you look to many industries, you will find male role models at the top.
Why are there not more females?
We need to ask ourselves if the opportunities really are equal?
And if not, what can we do to create them, while acknowledging the impact of homemaking?

As my personal mission, I would like to support many more female entrepreneurs with developing digital products and stepping powerfully into their future self.

So that they may experience financial independence, time and money freedom—away from exchanging time for more or burnout.

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
Having been a leader in Tech and Education, I can say that we still have a long way to go.

Family commitments bear a heavy weight on working women.
Bias and stereotyping is still a problem in many organisations in the UK, in my experience.

Women do a lot to lose the identity of being a woman to achieve senior roles. We need more men lifting women up and accepting the differences, in order for real change.

This is a large part of why I burnt out and left the corporate world to start my own business—so that I could have the flexibility and also the impact in the future.
