Q&A Interview
Q: What’s a little backstory about you — what’s shaped who you are today?
I’ve been quite introverted since childhood. I’ve always loved having my own space and observing things quietly from the sidelines. That nature helped me become more thoughtful, grounded, and calm. Over time, it also helped me focus better on my work and manage things with a peaceful mindset. I think that ability to reflect quietly has really shaped how I work and who I am today.
Q: What’s a value you live by every day — and is there a childhood memory connected to it?
Punctuality is something I live by. I take deadlines seriously and do my best to never delay things. Even in school, I was always on time with homework and projects. I clearly remember once when everyone was rushing at the last moment to finish a big assignment—and I had already submitted mine a day early. That moment stuck with me. Getting things done on time helps me stay relaxed and confident, even during busy days.
Q: What’s something you’ve done (at work or in life) that you’re really proud of?
I’m proud of my ability to learn quickly. Coming from an academic background and now working in the corporate world for over three years, I’ve had to adapt to a lot of new things—and I’ve enjoyed the process. Work has never felt like a burden to me. I genuinely like what I do, and that makes a big difference.
Q: In what ways has being part of Fuzia impacted your personal or professional life?
Fuzia has brought a lot of positive change into my life. I’ve learned new skills, grown more confident, and become more comfortable with collaboration—even while working remotely. The environment here is so supportive, and the teamwork and communication are so smooth that it always feels like we’re connected. Being here has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
Q: What message would you give to someone who wants to be in your kind of role?
Stay open to learning—there’s so much you can gain from every experience. Even small tasks matter, so take full responsibility for them. Time management is key, and consistency makes all the difference. This role takes effort, but if you’re sincere and steady, you’ll learn a lot and grow more than you imagined.
“You don’t have to be loud to make an impact—just show up with intention, do your work with heart, and let your actions speak.”
