Naomi: Helping Women Release Stress, Heal Trauma, and Reclaim Inner Peace

Naomi Beckl

Meet Naomi, a passionate life coach and certified hypnotherapist based in the UK, who believes deeply in the power of thoughts, mindfulness, and intentional healing. Inspired at a young age by the Law of Attraction and the transformative idea that our thoughts shape our reality, Naomi dedicated herself to helping women let go of stress, negative self-talk, and emotional burdens. Her story is a beautiful reminder of courage, compassion, and the healing that comes from being truly seen and heard — making her journey a powerful source of inspiration for millions of women worldwide.

Q&A

Can you tell us what inspired you to become a life coach?

It actually started in my teenage years when I watched The Secret. It opened my mind to how powerful our thoughts are in creating our reality. Life took me through different experiences, like all of us, but I kept coming back to that purpose — helping women heal emotionally and mentally. I studied the Law of Attraction, mindfulness, and later added hypnotherapy, which I absolutely love. Every session is unique because every woman carries a different story, pain, and strength within her. Seeing them release what they’ve held inside for years is priceless — that moment of breakthrough means everything to me.

What does your coaching structure look like right now?

Currently, I work mostly through one-on-one online sessions, tailored personally to each woman’s needs. I’ve recently started ladies-only group sessions to create a safe, honest, and comforting environment where women can talk, release, and heal together. I’ve also just secured a physical space where I plan to host in-person sessions soon. Everything I build is centered around safety, trust, emotional comfort, and genuine human connection.

How do women usually find you and your work?

Most people currently find me through my website, along with my presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. I love sharing real, authentic content — not overly edited — because I feel women today want to connect with someone genuine. I share reflections, emotional tools, experiences, and responses to what women are going through in their daily lives.

What are your future goals and dreams as a coach?

I’d love to consistently work with two to three women every day, grow regular weekly group sessions, and eventually organize retreats — especially for overwhelmed mothers and professionals who just need space to breathe again. I dream of becoming a motivational speaker too, shaking women awake in the most loving way. I want them to realize their power — that change starts with them, not circumstances or others. Our thoughts shape our life, but they need action too. Even small steps matter.

What challenges are you currently working through?

Like many women entrepreneurs, social media and content planning take a lot of time, and I’m still learning. I’m exploring AI tools, experimenting with platforms, and trying to figure out what truly connects best with my audience. But I see challenges as growth opportunities, and I’m committed to learning and evolving each step of the way.

What message would you like to share with women around the world?

We think we have plenty of time — but we truly don’t know how long we have. So treasure today. Be grateful for what you have right now. This very moment will never come back again. Your time is the most precious gift you have, so live it fully, honestly, and meaningfully.

“Life is too short to carry emotional burdens. Allow yourself to release, breathe, feel, and live again. You deserve peace, healing, and happiness.”
