Q: Tell us a bit about what you do and what inspired you to start this journey.
I’m an elite mindset strategist working primarily with high achievers—CEOs, founders, visionaries—but really, I’m here to help anyone ready to return to their true self. I guide people through self-mastery, aligning their mind and emotions with their soul’s purpose.
What inspired me was my own journey. I went through a lot—mental, emotional, and physical abuse. But I believe I chose that path as a spirit, to help others eliminate pain and suffering. That experience became the foundation of my mission.

Q: How would you describe your coaching or practice?
It’s not traditional coaching—it’s a blueprint. A unique, structured formula to help people realign with who they truly are. I teach people how to master their thoughts, upgrade their emotional states, and reconnect with their essence. We often look outside for answers—books, teachers, systems—but the truth is, everything we need is already within us. I help people tap into that.

Q: You mentioned having a unique method. Could you share more about it?
Absolutely. My approach helps people bypass external noise and connect directly to their inner guidance. It’s based on spiritual principles, universal laws, and emotional recalibration. We focus on building a stable foundation—understanding how thoughts and emotions shape our reality—and from there, you stop living reactively and start creating consciously.

Q: Where can people find you online? Are you active on social media?
I’m quite active on Instagram and LinkedIn, and I post regularly on Facebook too. I’ve also got a new mindfulness app—just launched—that gives people real-time support through breathwork, meditations, and AI-guided emotional resets. It’s like having your own personal recalibration tool whenever life feels overwhelming. I’m also developing a new website and planning to launch a YouTube channel to reach older audiences who prefer listening over scrolling.

Q: What are some challenges you face as a solopreneur or thought leader in this space?
The biggest challenge is technology—it’s not my strength! I get very frustrated with systems like Google Suite or even basic admin tasks. But thankfully, I’ve built a phenomenal team (mostly in India) who help with my website, app, and digital tools.
Another challenge is communicating this deep, inner work in a language that resonates. A lot of what I teach goes against the programming we’ve all grown up with, so I work hard to translate those concepts into something accessible and practical.

Q: What do you see as the future of mindfulness and wellness?
It’s not just a trend—it’s who we are. In a world dominated by AI and noise, people are realizing the power of presence. Mindfulness, for me, is the art of understanding how our thoughts create our reality and how our emotions give that reality fuel.
If we all learned how to recalibrate ourselves, we wouldn’t fear disease, failure, or loss. We’d be grounded, empowered, and unified. And that’s the future I envision—one where people return to their own inner wisdom.

Q: What are your aspirations for the next year or two?
Last year, I published a book called The Answer is You: The Formula to Master Your Mind and Emotions. This year, I’m working on a new, more intentional book—an upgraded version of that blueprint.
I want to take this formula to schools, communities, and global platforms. Everyone deserves a manual for the self, something we don’t get at birth but desperately need. I want to empower people—especially young people—to realize they are complete within themselves.

Q: What keeps you happy and motivated in your personal life?
Connection—to the divine, to nature, to joy. I’m very childlike and I believe in living with wonder. I find joy in seeing people shift, watching someone transform their mindset, or step into a life they never thought possible. That’s my fuel. I honestly love life—I barely sleep because I’m just so excited to be here, doing this work.
