Meenakshi Bansal

Life changed drastically for Meenakshi Bansal in August 2019 — a moment that tested her to the core and completely reshaped her path. From carefree days to carrying the weight of unexpected responsibilities, Meenakshi chose not to surrender to the storm but to rise from it. Her story is a testament to strength born out of loss, and to the power of embracing every challenge with grace and grit. Today, as a professional, a mother, and a woman grounded in purpose, Meenakshi walks forward with compassion, clarity, and courage.

Q: What’s a little backstory about you — what’s shaped who you are today?
Before August 2019, life felt light and effortless. I was a free bird—carefree and self-focused. But then came August 2019, and it hit like a thunderstorm. Losing my mother didn’t just shake me—it transformed me. Overnight, I went from being carefree to holding responsibilities I never imagined.

I hit rock bottom. I was devastated, directionless, and afraid. But that pain became my turning point. From that moment on, I began rebuilding myself. I found strength I didn’t know I had. I learned to lead with purpose, care deeply, and live intentionally.

Now, I value every moment, every relationship, and walk through life grounded in resilience and gratitude. That experience rewrote my story—and made me who I am today.

Q: What’s a value you live by every day — and is there a childhood memory connected to it?
I live by the wisdom my mother left behind. Even though she’s no longer here, her words live on in me. One of the strongest values she instilled in me is: never lose your identity and never let go of people who genuinely care for you.

She used to say that loneliness is not something to fear—it’s a gift. A time to reconnect with yourself emotionally and mentally. That belief shaped how I view solitude, strength, and relationships.

Her stories still guide me. I hold my head high, stay true to myself, and honor those who truly care. Her voice is still my compass.

Q: What’s something you’ve done (at work or in life) that you’re really proud of?
Work-wise, I’ve learned to value people over processes. I prioritize relationships—with my team, with clients. I aim to keep things light, fun, and human. And the best part? They reciprocate. That mutual respect and connection—there’s nothing better.

In life, my daughter, Pihu, is my pride and joy. She’s more than just my child—she’s my partner in everything. We laugh, travel, eat, and even cry together. She makes life brighter.

Whether it’s work or life, the connections I’ve built are what I’m most proud of. They are the real measure of my success.

Q: In what ways has being part of Fuzia impacted your personal or professional life?
Fuzia brought balance into my life in the most beautiful way. Before this, I was just working—going through the motions. But now, I feel like I’m living my days with intention.

Even though we work remotely, the trust and appreciation I’ve felt at Fuzia is rare and real. I’ve learned to balance work and personal life with more ease, and I’ve never felt overwhelmed. We celebrate each other’s wins, big or small—and that culture of positivity has made a huge impact.

Our virtual meetups don’t feel like meetings; they feel like catching up with friends. Fuzia didn’t just give me a role—it gave me a renewed sense of purpose.

Q: What message would you give to someone who wants to be in your kind of role?
Be patient. Growth takes time. You’ll need empathy, flexibility, and a true passion for people and collaboration.

Focus on building strong relationships—beyond just your network. Understand those around you—listen more than you speak. Communication is about connection, not just conversation.

Don’t chase perfection—chase progress. Every small win counts. Stay curious, stay grounded, and never doubt the value you bring. If you show up with honesty, consistency, and a genuine heart, success will come—in your way, on your terms.
