Q. What inspired you to become a Transformation Coach?
A. I always loved coaching because I saw it as an untapped tool to help people reach their full potential. For years, I coached friends and colleagues, but I never found a training provider that aligned with the kind of deep, belief-level work I wanted to do. When I discovered Animas Coaching and their Transformational Coaching approach, everything clicked. It allowed me to work at a deeper level—on thoughts, values, and identity—so I could support real transformation, not just surface-level goals.
Q. Tell us about your business and the kind of work you do.
A. My company is called The Wings of Change because I help women unfold the wings they often keep hidden. I work specifically with women returning to work after maternity leave—a phase filled with uncertainty and new identity shifts. I offer a six-session one-to-one coaching program, grounding sessions for women who want clarity and direction, and practical tools like preparation checklists. I also share helpful content on social media to make this transition easier and less overwhelming.
Q. What’s the best way for people to reach you?
A. LinkedIn is the best place to connect with me since it reflects my professional journey and my coaching practice.
Q. What do you enjoy the most about being an entrepreneur?
A. I love doing meaningful work on my own terms. Entrepreneurship allows me to design my day around my family, fulfill a long-held dream, and enjoy the variety I crave. One day I’m coaching, the next I’m creating content, another day I’m doing accounts—it lets me learn continuously and never feel stuck in something mundane.
Q. What has been the biggest challenge in your entrepreneurial journey?
A. Not having a team. It’s empowering to influence everything myself, but it can also feel lonely. To navigate this, I joined a mentoring program with other women building businesses and I attend networking events—both virtual and in person—to recreate that sense of community when I need it.
Q. What kind of year has 2025 been for you personally and professionally?
A. 2025 has been absolutely transformative. I wanted change but wasn’t sure where it would lead. The right circumstances aligned, and now I’m running my own business and supporting women in meaningful ways. I earned my coaching qualification, launched my practice, and began serving clients. It’s been emotional, messy, exciting, and incredibly rewarding—everything a true transformation usually is.
Q. How do you view AI, especially in the context of your work?
A. AI has made women’s mental load so much lighter. It’s accessible—even my 70-year-old mum uses it to plan meals for her grandchildren! The downside is that if you don’t know how to use it, you risk losing your unique voice, especially as an entrepreneur. I use AI for idea generation, but I always tailor everything to my own perspective, message, and the needs of my clients. It’s an assistant—not a team member.
Q. What are your thoughts on women empowerment and women in leadership?
A. We haven’t yet reached a point where women can fully express their potential, but we’re moving closer. We need more women in leadership positions, building businesses, and shaping change on their own terms. The world is out of balance, and feminine leadership—rooted in empathy, meaning, and intuition—can restore it. Women must take action, stand firm in their identity, and lead from their feminine energy. That’s how we change the world.
