Q: Tell us a little about your professional journey. How did it all begin?
I began my career on Wall Street as a research analyst and eventually became a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in New York, co-leading a team with a $400 million annual budget. While I was successful on paper, I was burned out and unsure of what I wanted next. At 35, I decided to step away to start a family and explore my passion for psychology, human behavior, and transformation. That’s when I began my journey into coaching.

Q: What inspired you to focus on women’s transformation and empowerment?
I started coaching women one-on-one, using tools for the conscious mind like goal setting and reframing. Many clients saw results, but I noticed deeper, more persistent struggles—often rooted in fear, shame, or trauma—were harder to shift. This led me to work with the subconscious mind, and that changed everything. Once I could help women “recode” underlying patterns, transformation became faster, easier, and more sustainable.

Q: Can you tell us about your current work?
I coach women to drop emotional baggage, reconnect with their gifts, and build lasting confidence and energy. I also work with leaders and teams to reduce stress and strengthen emotional resilience. Recently, I published my book Love Your Life After 50, which became an Amazon bestseller. It’s designed to help women—often even those over 40—embrace midlife as a powerful new beginning.

Q: Do you work with a team or independently?
I have a full-time assistant and a few contracted specialists who support me in different areas of my business.

Q: Client acquisition can be challenging for entrepreneurs. How do you approach it?
Most of my clients come through word of mouth. Delivering results that genuinely change lives encourages clients to refer me to their friends, family, and colleagues. I also maintain a social media presence to share my work more widely.

Q: What’s your definition of success?
For me, success is about fulfillment and emotional well-being. Financial goals are important, but without control over your mind and emotions, they can feel hollow. True success means feeling good day-to-day, being in control of your nervous system, and living in alignment with your values.

Q: What’s next for you?
I hope my book will reach more women and inspire them to join my deeper transformational course, Reboot, Upgrade, and Reignite. My goal is to help as many women as possible release what’s holding them back and step fully into their power.

“There is always hope. You can change your patterns, upgrade your subconscious programming, and reconnect to who you really are—without years of struggle. Transformation can be fast, empowering, and lasting.” – Mari Vasan
