Q: Lindsey, could you tell us a little about your journey and what inspired you to start Elevate Coaching & Consulting?
A: My journey began in the corporate world, where I worked in leadership and organizational development. Over time, I realized that so many talented women around me struggled with confidence, clarity, and self-worth, despite being incredibly capable. I wanted to create a safe space for them to explore their goals and rediscover their strengths—so that’s how Elevate Coaching & Consulting came to life. It’s been a fulfilling path of helping women rise both personally and professionally.

Q: What are some of the challenges you’ve seen women face in their professional journeys?
A: Many women deal with imposter syndrome and the constant pressure to prove themselves. They juggle multiple roles and often forget to prioritize their own dreams and well-being. I work with clients to reframe their mindset—to see themselves as enough, to value their voice, and to make choices that truly align with who they are and what they want.

Q: What drives you the most in your work as a coach?
A: What drives me is seeing transformation—the moment when a client realizes her worth and starts living with confidence. Coaching isn’t about giving advice; it’s about guiding people to find their own answers. Watching someone step into their power and take bold steps toward a more authentic life is the most rewarding part of what I do.

Q: How do you approach coaching differently?
A: I take a holistic approach that looks at the whole person—not just career goals, but also mindset, values, and emotional well-being. My sessions are about creating clarity, building sustainable habits, and empowering women to lead with purpose and self-compassion. Every client’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their needs.

Q: What message would you like to share with women who are struggling with self-doubt or fear of change?
A: Believe that you are capable of more than you think. Growth begins when you step outside your comfort zone and start trusting yourself. It’s okay to take small steps—progress is progress. And always remember, you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin; you just need to start.

“Confidence isn’t about being fearless—it’s about believing in yourself enough to move forward despite the fear.” – Lindsey Paskvan
