Through LSC Creative, Leo helps businesses grow their client base without relying on expensive ad spend—simply by engaging the right people in the right way. At Humans of Fuzia, we proudly highlight changemakers like Leo who are committed to purposeful, human-driven business in a rapidly evolving tech world.

Leo, can you share how your journey with LSC Creative began?
Absolutely! LSC Creative has been running for over three and a half years now. Before that, I worked as a business development manager for a small local marketing agency. Since they had a limited budget, I had to figure out creative ways to attract clients without spending on ads. That’s where I learned the art of writing highly personalized emails and LinkedIn messages. After a health setback and being made redundant, I realized I had the skills to strike out on my own. I started LSC Creative, initially focusing on SEO and Google Ads, but soon pivoted to specialize in what I do best—relationship-driven LinkedIn outreach.

What makes your approach to client acquisition stand out from others?
Great question. While AI and automation dominate the marketing space today, we deliberately go against the grain. Instead of automated LinkedIn campaigns, we research our ideal clients thoroughly and send manually crafted, human-first messages. People can sense the difference. It’s not about blasting DMs; it’s about initiating meaningful conversations and relationships. AI is great when used to support, but not replace, the human touch—especially when you’re building trust.

Many entrepreneurs struggle to get clients consistently. How have you solved that challenge?
By keeping it personal. We’ve stayed away from over-automation and instead focused on truly understanding our audience. Whether it’s for ourselves or our clients, we build outreach campaigns that are genuinely relevant and tailored. Our messages don’t feel “salesy”—they spark real conversations. It’s slower, sure—but it’s sustainable and high-converting. We build relationships, not just pipelines.

Any exciting updates or launches coming up for your business?
Yes! We’re currently rebuilding our website to better reflect our ideal client profile. We’re moving beyond just lead generation and focusing on helping growth-minded businesses build strategic partnerships and long-term revenue streams without increasing their marketing budgets. I’m also set to appear on the Win the Hour, Win the Day podcast by Chris Ward—she’s hosted people like Kevin Harrington from Shark Tank, so I’m really excited about that. And we’ve been nominated for two awards, with announcements coming up in August and September!

What short-term goals are you focusing on right now?
My biggest short-term focus is expanding my offline network. I’ve built a strong remote team across the UK, South Africa, and the Philippines, but now I want to engage more through in-person networking. I’ve spoken at a few local events, and now I’m aiming for more established business events, especially in London. I believe that meeting people face-to-face is key to building trust and discovering new synergies.

“In a world of automation and AI, what truly stands out is the human touch. Business is built on relationships—start there.”
