Q: Karen, could you tell us a little about your journey and how Suite Life Privé came into being?
I’ve been in the events, hospitality, and travel industry for over 25 years. When I moved to Las Vegas in late 2024, I realized the concierge market here was fragmented—companies focused on travel, tickets, or dinner reservations, but none tied together lifestyle management, executive estate management, and global concierge services. That’s when I saw the gap. Initially, I started Suite Life Vegas, but the branding limited me to just one location. By April, I repositioned and launched Suite Life Privé as a global brand. Today, we offer bespoke services—from curated travel and estate management to private charters and executive protection—tailored to each client’s needs. But beyond luxury, my focus is on preserving legacies.

Q: Preserving legacy sounds unique. What does that mean in your work?
Many high-net-worth individuals can buy experiences, but very few services help them preserve their family legacy. For me, it’s not just about wealth—it’s about ensuring that memories, philanthropy, cultural immersion, and even mission-driven experiences are passed down. It could be through charitable work, cultural engagement, or creating traditions that last generations. That’s what sets Suite Life Privé apart.

Q: Who are the people you typically serve?
We cater to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This includes C-suite executives, founders, CEOs, and celebrities. Essentially, anyone who values both luxury and legacy.

Q: How do people usually find out about your services?
It’s a mix. Referrals and word of mouth are very important, as trust is everything in this industry. I also build strategic global partnerships with other concierge companies, so we can co-create unique client experiences. Social media and my website help with visibility, but my real strength lies in relationships—building long-term, meaningful partnerships with clients and collaborators.

Q: What are your aspirations for the future?
I have a five-year “billion-dollar blueprint.” By 2030, I want Suite Life Privé to be a global ecosystem with offices in places like the UK, Dubai, and New York. We’ve recently launched “The Vault,” a membership platform featuring curated, ultra-luxury service providers and bespoke experiences you won’t find on a regular website. My vision is to create something self-contained, where clients get everything from lifestyle management to exclusive products under one umbrella.

Q: What challenges have you faced as a woman entrepreneur?
The biggest challenge has been building something from the ground up, often with just a small team. As a woman in business, it can get overwhelming trying to grow and scale at the same time. What helps me is having a strong support system—a sisterhood. For a long time, I struggled to find like-minded women to share ideas and challenges with. Recently, I connected with another woman entrepreneur, and now we support each other, which makes a huge difference.

Q: What message would you like to share with our readers?
Never doubt yourself, and never stop dreaming—even if your dreams feel astronomical. Stay true to your vision, commit to it daily, and keep working toward it. I’m also a woman of faith, and prayer has been essential to my journey. When challenges feel heavy, my faith keeps me grounded. Building Suite Life Privé isn’t just about business—it’s about leaving a legacy. My advice is simple: stay focused, maintain balance, and never give up. Each day you work, you’re one step closer to your goals.

“Stay true to your vision, even when it feels too big to achieve—because every step forward brings you closer.” – Karen Moore
