Q: Jen, can you tell us a bit about your journey and how you became an energy coach?
A: I started my career as an elementary school teacher for 15 years. It was stressful, and as a mother of young children, I felt overwhelmed. Yoga became my sanctuary—it helped me manage stress and reconnect with myself. Over time, my practice deepened, and I became fascinated with energy, healing, and the mind-body-spirit connection. I became a Reiki Master and later certified in bioenergetic synchronization. Today, I guide others to release unresolved emotions, align their energy, and step into their own power.
Q: Who do you primarily work with, and what kind of transformations do you help them achieve?
A: Most of my clients are professional women struggling with anxiety, exhaustion, or emotional pain. I help them understand who they are at a deeper level, access their inner power, and create lives that feel easier, more joyful, and fulfilling. While I primarily work with women, I welcome anyone who is ready for transformation.
Q: Your work is so unique. How do you reach people across different parts of the world?
A: My sessions are remote, so I can work with clients globally. I’ve worked with people in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa. Energy healing and coaching transcend borders.
Q: How do you define success for yourself today?
A: Success, to me, is waking up every day feeling joy and freedom—loving life and knowing my work is fulfilling. Of course, financial abundance is part of that, but at its core, success is living in alignment with who I truly am.
Q: Entrepreneurship comes with its challenges. What has been your biggest challenge in this journey?
A: My biggest challenge is reaching people who don’t yet know they need this kind of work. Explaining energy alignment in a way that resonates can be tricky. I work with my own coach to expand my business and connect with those who are ready for transformation.
Q: Do you have any upcoming goals or visions for your business?
A: Yes! My goal is to create an online community for my clients. Awakening to your inner power isn’t something that happens in just 12 weeks—it requires ongoing support. I want to build a space where people can connect, share, and continue their journey of growth.
Q: If you could give one piece of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs, what would it be?
A: Don’t try to do everything alone. I thought I could, and it slowed me down. Investing in coaching and learning from those who have been where you are is invaluable for growth.
