What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your entrepreneurial journey/venture/initiative.
I loved athletics, learning, and was always a hard worker. I was always entrepreneurial and worked in the hospitality, Wall Street, real estate, mineral mining, oil & gas, and other fields before my technological composability to work by combining blockchain and artificial intelligence.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business/initiative? What motivated you within to say, “YES, go for it!”
The overly corrupt, competitive, centralized, overregulated, and inefficient control systems need to be changed to a more equitable one. Understanding that my ability to use different cutting-edge technologies together to offer solutions to major problems motivated me to act.

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
Item Banc, which I am the founder of, developed a plan to create a worldwide marketing platform, and when that matures, a peer-to-peer worldwide trading platform for real-world assets that are tokenized.

Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
We have an application that tokenizes businesses and their inventories so they can take advantage of Web3.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
The change I focus on is offering alternative decentralized economic systems. Digitalization is a powerful tool, and the current worldwide systems are corrupt and the world needs alternatives. It is the beginning of everything being digitalized. There is the necessity to understand how powerful digitalization is, as it can enslave or provide freedom. We need masses to work on decentralized solutions and to use them. Join in on the fun and protect our freedoms while improving efficiencies and creating new opportunities.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Most of the intellectual property for Item Banc is derived by my partner, who is a woman and who I have the utmost respect for. Be strong, sincere, hardworking, enthusiastic, educated in your field, and lead the way with integrity.

What would you want to say to our young leaders/audience reading this?
Do what you love with passion, monetize it, and never work.
