Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
Before stepping into entrepreneurship, I spent over two decades in the corporate fashion industry. While I gained valuable experience, I always felt a deeper calling to do meaningful work that could truly make a lasting impact and change lives. I’ve always been passionate about supporting women and children, and I was waiting for the right path to unfold. Eventually, I moved to Africa with the hope of working in humanitarian aid through an international non-governmental organization (NGO). However, I quickly became disillusioned with the system. Trusting my intuition, I transitioned into emotional coaching, embracing my gift and using Reiki Usui Energy to help others heal and grow.
Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
Everyone has suffered at least once from trauma, self-love, or lack of confidence, for example. I help them recognize the emotions within, accept, and face them. After taking those steps, they can release the emotions that no longer serve them. Those emotions prevent people from moving forward in life or finding peace because something will always trigger them. You need to heal your wounds to find peace and harmony in your life—to be able to achieve whatever you want in life. I’ve been in the situation of trauma and self-love. I realized those emotions affected my emotional and physical health. I decided to do something, as I didn’t want to have a dis-ease. I know it is possible to heal, and today I want to share and help others with tools to guide them on their journey.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/ achievements here)
The response from users and consumers has been incredibly positive and encouraging. Many have shared how the work I do has helped them gain clarity, heal emotionally, and feel more empowered in their personal and professional lives. It’s fulfilling to know that my efforts are making a real difference. Over time, this impact has also been recognized through invitations to speak at international events (LEO), features in media platforms (LifeCoachCode), and the growing trust of a loyal community. These recognitions affirm the value of my mission and fuel my commitment to continue creating meaningful change. And I serve in English and French.
Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.
My support in this adventure comes from my family, specifically my mom and sister, who have supported me since the beginning.
As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
As a woman entrepreneur, I hope to see a world where collaboration is valued more than competition. Every woman brings something unique to the table—her own talents, vision, and strengths. Instead of comparing or competing, we should uplift and support one another. I also hope to see more women stepping confidently into leadership roles across various fields, especially in areas where their voices are still underrepresented. There are so many inspiring women doing incredible work, and I’d love to see their stories highlighted and celebrated more on a global scale.
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
It’s truly inspiring to see how far women have come in leadership. We’ve broken many barriers and proven our strength, vision, and capability. However, I don’t see leadership as a competition with men. I believe both women and men have unique qualities and roles that can complement each other beautifully. When we shift our mindset from competition to collaboration, we create space for proper balance and effectiveness. Women don’t need to fight for the same place—they bring their own powerful presence, and together with men, we can lead in ways that are more inclusive and impactful.
