Hannah Darby: Helping individuals heal grief, reclaim their power, and live fully.

Hannah Darby

Hannah Darby, founder of Healing with Hannah, is on a mission to bring grief out of the shadows and into the light. Combining personal experience with professional expertise, Hannah empowers individuals—especially women—to navigate grief, emotional pain, and life’s challenges. Through her unique HEAL method, she blends therapy, energy healing, and subconscious reprogramming to help people feel whole, confident, and capable of living the life they deserve. Humans of Fuzia is proud to share Hannah’s journey to inspire women in our community to embrace healing and resilience.

Q: Can you share your journey and what you do, Hannah?
Hannah: My business is rooted in my own healing journey. I’ve navigated lifelong grief, bereavement, a life-changing car accident, and chronic health conditions. I’m passionate about raising awareness about grief and helping people heal at the root. I’m a general member of the British Psychological Society, a senior member of accredited counselors, coaches, psychotherapists, and hypnotherapists. My approach blends therapy, energy healing, and subconscious reprogramming so people can feel whole, worthy, and confident to live fully, love deeply, and create the life they deserve.

Q: How do you deliver your services?
Hannah: I offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching programs, and speak at events. I’ve co-authored six books sharing different parts of my healing journey. I’m currently putting together my first online course. I created the HEAL method, where:

  • H = Healing the Relational Wounds of the Heart
  • E = Expressing Pain and Anger
  • A = Learning to Accept Your New Reality
  • L = Learning to Live and Love Again

Q: How do people find you?
Hannah: I’m slowly building my digital presence through my website healingwithhannah.co.uk, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. I also write for international magazines to expand awareness about grief and healing.

Q: What are your aspirations?
Hannah: I’m writing my first solo book, due next year, which will dive deeper into my personal journey and the transformations I’ve facilitated for clients. I want to touch as many hearts as possible, especially women, helping them understand the impact of grief and creating conversations around it.

Q: What challenges do you face?
Hannah: Technology isn’t my strongest area, so building digital visibility has been challenging. Overcoming visibility barriers and fear of judgment has been tough, but putting myself out there has strengthened my confidence. Managing chronic health conditions while running a business also requires careful prioritization and self-care.

Q: Any business-specific challenges?
Hannah: Many healers, especially women, excel at the creative side but struggle with marketing and the business logistics—turning ideas into structured, sustainable businesses. This has been one of my more challenging areas.

Q: Any motivational message for others?
Hannah: If you have an idea, just go for it. Have full faith in yourself. If you’re grieving, remember there’s no right or wrong way to grieve—your process is valid. There’s no shame in asking for help or starting conversations. You’ll be surprised how many others share similar experiences.

Q: Do clients open up about their grief?
Hannah: Yes, but it takes time. Being a trauma-informed practitioner and sharing my own story helps build trust. Everything is completely confidential, and clients feel safe to open up in their own time.

Hannah’s work reminds us that healing is possible, and grief can be navigated with compassion, guidance, and the right tools. Her mission to raise awareness and empower people to embrace their emotions is a beacon of hope for many.
