Q: Can you share a bit about what you do and what inspired you to start your journey?
I’m a human design business specialist. I work with coaches, practitioners, and early-stage entrepreneurs, helping them overcome fears—like fear of being seen, fear of failure, and imposter syndrome. I guide them in understanding how they are designed to show up, communicate, and lead by using the self-knowledge system of Human Design. It’s a combination of ancient wisdom and modern science—like astrology, quantum physics, and the I Ching. It shows us that we all have the inner tools to succeed, and when we align with our natural makeup, we move forward more smoothly and sustainably.
Q: That sounds so unique. How do people work with you?
I offer a free personalized video through a calculator on my website—people input their birth details, and the video helps them understand their design. Then, I offer a human design analysis session to explore how they’re currently operating versus how they can operate at their highest potential. For those ready to go deeper, I run a one-on-one 3-month program called Your Freedom Code—it helps structure a business that supports the lifestyle they truly want while overcoming the limiting beliefs that often hold us back.
Q: How do you find clients or build visibility in this niche field?
Interestingly, for the first year of my business, most of my clients came through in-person events—I’ve hosted sessions in Bali, London, Mexico, and Portugal. But every time I moved, I had to rebuild from scratch, which wasn’t sustainable. This year, I made a shift toward building online visibility. Since March, I’ve been using LinkedIn and focusing on storytelling, genuine connections, and offering value. I’ve already started attracting clients, which shows the power of aligned marketing.
Q: What are some challenges you’ve faced while building your business?
One challenge was managing a traveling lifestyle while trying to grow a business—it wasn’t scalable. Another is dealing with currency exchange—being from the UK and having potential clients from countries with weaker currencies can make pricing difficult. Also, I haven’t focused much on SEO or automation yet because I’ve been doing well through personal relationships, but I understand the importance of systems for long-term sustainability.
Q: What are your aspirations moving forward?
My biggest goal is to build an engaged and loyal community. I already have a solid base, but I want to nurture and deepen those connections even more. Community means everything to me—it’s not just about reach, but about resonance.
Q: Any message you’d like to share with our readers?
Absolutely—you are designed to be successful. It’s already within you. When you learn to work with yourself rather than against yourself, you unlock that success more naturally.
“You are designed to be successful. It’s inside of you, and when you learn to work with yourself, you can get there.” — Fiona Bleetman
