Soul Ongoiba was born in Mali, West Africa, and is a proud member of the Dogon tribe. He is the creator of “Quantum Doe,” a transformative framework that integrates principles of quantum physics with energetic alignment to help individuals—particularly executives and athletes—reach their highest potential. With a unique approach that blends cultural heritage, scientific insight, and behavioral transformation, Soul empowers others to shift from constrained states to powerful flow states.
Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your venture?
Absolutely! I was born in Mali, West Africa, and I belong to the Dogon tribe. This heritage is integral to my journey of creating “Quantum Doe.” The name “Quantum Doe” combines “quantum,” inspired by quantum physics, and “doe,” a Japanese term meaning “the way.” Together, it translates to “The Way of Energy.”
Quantum Doe is a framework I developed to help people shift from rigid, constrained states to optimal, flow states—essentially, a state of energetic alignment. It’s about understanding and transforming behavior patterns, much like moving from a particle to a wave in quantum terms.
Who are the key audiences you work with?
My primary clients are executives and athletes. They tend to have a propensity for action, which is essential for the work I do. My framework is innovative and requires clients to be open to trying new approaches.
For example, one client mentioned how the framework completely changed their perspective, enabling them to achieve breakthroughs quickly. While my methods can benefit anyone, I find that executives and athletes resonate the most because they’re ready to act and embrace change.
How do people usually discover your work?
LinkedIn is my primary platform. It’s where most of my target audience—executives and athletes—spend their time. While I’ve started exploring YouTube, LinkedIn remains my main focus for connecting with people who can benefit from what I offer.
What challenges have you faced in your business?
Lead generation has been the most significant challenge. While LinkedIn has been effective, finding consistent, quality leads remains an area I’m working on improving.
Your journey is inspiring. What advice would you give to others trying to harness their potential?
My advice is simple: never give up and always tap into your blessings. There’s a quote I love: “The cemetery is the richest place on earth because it’s filled with unrealized dreams.”
It’s heartbreaking to think of gifts and talents that are never expressed. We’re all here to share our unique gifts, and it’s our responsibility to ensure they don’t go unfulfilled.
That’s incredibly thought-provoking. It ties into alignment, doesn’t it?
Exactly. The key is alignment. When people are aligned with their true purpose, they experience a beautiful opening where everything flows naturally. My gift is helping people discover that alignment, especially when they feel lost.
