What key pieces of advice/insights would you offer to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Embrace change as an inherent part of life and see it as an opportunity for growth. Focus on holistic success—balancing personal well-being with professional achievements. Continuously learn and adapt your strategies to meet evolving circumstances. Remember, true entrepreneurial success involves creating value that transcends profits, enriching both your life and those of others.
Do you think ‘GENDER’ affects entrepreneurship? Your views.
Absolutely, gender deeply influences our entrepreneurial journeys by shaping our life experiences and, consequently, the empathy we naturally develop towards specific issues and demographics. This empathetic understanding often guides entrepreneurs towards ventures and customer demographics that resonate with their personal experiences. Recognizing this bias is crucial for broadening our entrepreneurial vision. By consciously expanding our capacity to empathize with a diverse range of perspectives, we can understand entrepreneurial opportunities more comprehensively and create ventures that connect meaningfully with a wider audience. This awareness not only enriches our entrepreneurial approach but also fosters innovation and inclusivity in the products and services we develop.
