What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your Entrepreneur journey/venture/initiative.
I grew up learning the value of resilience and faith. Life wasn’t always easy — I faced challenges that made me question if I was truly enough. In my early career, I gave everything to climb the ladder in corporate America, only to feel invisible, overlooked, and burnt out. I battled imposter syndrome in silence, believing success required perfection. But I realized that real success comes when you stop chasing external approval and start honoring your truth. That shift sparked my calling.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
For years, I watched talented, brilliant people doubt themselves, hold back, and settle for less — not because they weren’t capable, but because they didn’t believe they were enough. I knew that struggle personally. I lived through rejection, setbacks, and imposter syndrome. My turning point came when I stopped asking, “Am I good enough?” and started asking, “How can I help others believe again?”
That became my mission: to help people silence the inner critic, embrace their worth, and step fully into their greatness. Saying YES wasn’t just about building a business — it was about answering a calling to transform lives.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
Today, I serve as an Early-Stage Startup Coach, Leadership Coach, Peak Performance Coach, and Business Coach — but more importantly, I help people lead boldly from within. My work is about unlocking human potential. Whether it’s first-time tech founders scaling a startup, executives leading global teams, or individuals rebuilding confidence after setbacks, my mission remains the same:
I help people believe in themselves, lead with clarity, and achieve what once felt impossible.
The real impact? Watching people stop playing small, own their voice, and lead from a place of authenticity and courage.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
Awards and accolades are meaningful — I was honored to be named Executive & Leadership Coach of the Year 2024 by Marquis Who’s Who and to publish multiple books, including Believe in Yourself — You Got This, Faith Ignited, Conflict Resolution Skills, Against All Odds Blueprint, and Tech Startups: The Founder’s Guide to Funding, Scaling, and Startup Success.
But my most meaningful accomplishments are the success stories of my clients. Watching women overcome self-doubt, first-time founders secure funding, or leaders break free from fear and finally lead boldly — those are the victories that inspire me daily. Transforming lives will always be my proudest achievement.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
I would love to see a world where women never question if they deserve to be at the table — but boldly create their own. I want women to stop playing small or waiting for validation and instead, trust that their ideas, vision, and leadership matter.
The change I envision is one where success is redefined — not by comparison or perfection, but by authenticity, impact, and legacy. I’m committed to helping women own their worth, take up space unapologetically, and lead with confidence and grace.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women leadership today is not just rising — it’s redefining what leadership means. Women are leading with empathy, strength, vision, and emotional intelligence in a way the world can no longer ignore. They are proving that power doesn’t have to be loud to be effective and that collaboration can be just as impactful as competition.
What inspires me most is how women leaders are breaking generational ceilings — not just for themselves, but for everyone watching. They’re showing young girls and other women that you don’t have to shrink to succeed. You don’t have to become someone else to lead. You just have to be bold enough to own your worth.
Women aren’t asking for space anymore — they’re creating it. And I believe the future of leadership is inclusive, purpose-driven, and shaped in large part by the incredible women who are choosing to rise with authenticity and courage.
What would you want to say to our young leaders/audience reading this?
You don’t have to wait for the world to validate you — give yourself permission to lead now.
Your ideas are enough.
Your voice is enough.
You are enough.
Leadership isn’t about titles or perfection. It’s about showing up, being courageous enough to try, and willing to grow through both wins and setbacks.
You may doubt yourself at times — that’s human. But don’t let temporary uncertainty stop you from building your legacy. The world doesn’t just need more leaders — it needs authentic leaders who lead with heart, empathy, and resilience.
You are not here by accident. You are here to make an impact. So, take the leap. Believe boldly. And remember…
You belong. You are enough. You got this.
