Could you elaborate on the nature of your business, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
Relationships are my thing. I truly believe the quality of our relationships defines the quality of our lives and influences our satisfaction. So, anyone who seeks deeper connection is my typical client. Specifically, I help individuals impacted by infidelity. Whether betrayed partners, disloyal ones, or third parties, I help them to heal and rebuild their self-worth, trust, and a clear path forward.
What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
Honestly, it was a coincidence of a few events. It started with new capability building as an HR leader and ended with meeting first practice clients who showed incredible shifts in their lives when coached. So, I can simply say, my first clients were the inspiration to take coaching as a new career path.
Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
Looking back to the times when I started my career in big-brand corporations, I see that my biggest challenge was the desire to succeed and to be liked by others. Today, I know these ambitions were driven by old patterns from childhood and my low self-esteem. There were tons of mistakes, conflicts, and pain I had to face to understand that I have the power to change how I am. I believe the biggest factors that helped me heal were time, self-development, therapy, friends, and seeing the world while traveling.
Would you like to share any remarkable achievement?
There are many – willingness to fail, learning to say no, accepting that I am not perfect, stopping drinking alcohol, and quickly adapting to new life situations.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women are powerful and they have the right to be where they wish to be. It is okay to be a leader, and it is okay to be a mom focused on family or herself. I believe there is no reason to compete with men; each gender and each individual has their talent, power, and desire. We need to create space, as a society, where both women and men can be authentic. I see too much pressure and expectations on both.
What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Be authentic and honest with yourself about what your motivation is. Explore what is the social pressure and expectation from others and what you really want for yourself and why. Set your intention, be gentle with yourself, learn how to set healthy boundaries, and trust you are worthy as you are today.
