Could you elaborate on the nature of your business, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
Our mission is to deliver high-quality marketing at an affordable price.
We help clients stay focused on the activities that drive real results—right here, right now.

All our recommendations are data-driven and based on proven global practices.
To keep our services both effective and cost-efficient, we leverage AI wherever it can streamline processes without compromising quality.

What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
I felt that running my own business would allow me to bring much more value to the world: helping more companies, deepening our team’s expertise, and applying that knowledge more efficiently across a broader range of clients.

When it comes to my coaching and consulting journey, I’m especially grateful to Growth Factory Academy—an institution focused on educating top management in software development companies. Through them, I’ve had the opportunity to consult and support over 200 companies with their marketing.

Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
There are a lot of challenges on the founder’s path:

  • Find a great team whose values match the values of your company
  • Create a scalable system that may lead you to the results you want to achieve
  • The right focus: along your path you always see a variety of opportunities but still, you need to stay focused and be able to say NO (sometimes, it’s extremely difficult but without behaving this way, you never have time for anything)
  • Find a product-market fit (it’s totally another story than just to find some clients: if you don’t have an expected number of clients and they don’t return, it’s not a product-market fit)

There are only a few. However, it’s extremely important all the time to search for the real bottleneck (at one moment of time, there could be only one real bottleneck), and solve it. Otherwise, your actions will be non-systematic and you won’t be able to deliver really great results.

Would you like to share any remarkable achievement?
Some of the achievements I’m most proud of:

  • Helped several clients land $1M+ contracts through targeted marketing
  • Finalist in the Start-Up Chile program
  • Winner of the BCI Bank Hackathon
  • Consulted 200+ companies, collectively generating $10M+ worth of leads through marketing initiatives
  • And most importantly—raising two incredible kids I’m truly proud of

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Today, the world offers more opportunities than ever—for all of us, women and men alike.
Don’t stop exploring them. Don’t hold back from saying yes.
Challenge yourself.
Grow—as a professional, and as a human.
Keep bringing value, and the universe will find its way to give back.

What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Any real growth comes with discomfort—no pain, no gain.
So don’t shy away from tough challenges. You will face them. And that’s exactly how you grow.
Keep moving forward and feel unstoppable—because the only thing that can truly hold you back is the glass ceiling you place on yourself.
