Diana Pipaloff

Meet Diana P, the founder of Svasta Wellness, a health coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping high-achieving women in midlife restore balance, resilience, and vitality. Her journey—from running multiple businesses to facing burnout and rediscovering her inner equilibrium—led her to create a powerful system that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science. Featured by Humans of Fuzia, Diana’s story reminds our 5-million-strong community that success starts with self-awareness, balance, and well-being. Her approach aligns beautifully with our mission of He for She and She for She—empowering individuals to lead healthier, more meaningful lives.

Q: Diana, tell us a bit about yourself and what inspired you to start Svasta Wellness.
A: I’m the founder of Svasta Wellness, where I help high-achieving women in midlife restore balance, resilience, and vitality. My journey started after years of juggling multiple roles and businesses while constantly pushing through fatigue and stress. Even though I practiced mindfulness, nutrition, and meditation, I was functioning on very little rest. The pandemic became my turning point—it magnified my stress, hormonal imbalance, and burnout. I realized I had to rebuild my health from the ground up. Drawing on my background in yoga, Ayurveda, and a Master’s in Health and Human Performance, I began integrating ancient wisdom with modern science. That’s how my Svasta Method was born—to help women find true balance while maintaining peak performance.

Q: What does “Svasta” mean, and how does it shape your philosophy?
A: Svasta is a Sanskrit word meaning “ultimate health and balance,” but at a deeper level, it means to be established in oneself. This philosophy inspires everything I do. True wellness isn’t just about avoiding illness—it’s about generating health from within. When we’re grounded in who we are, we can create balance in our minds, bodies, and lives.

Q: How do you reach your audience and spread awareness about your work?
A: I maintain a website with a weekly blog where I explore health topics backed by science and share practical, real-world tips. I’m also active on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and I plan to expand into YouTube soon. I believe education is the key to transformation—coaching bridges the gap between knowing and doing. It’s not just about information, but about helping people apply that knowledge to create real, lasting change.

Q: Do you manage everything yourself, or do you have a team supporting you?
A: Right now, it’s just me. After managing teams for years, I chose to simplify and focus on what truly matters. I enjoy this phase of building something deeply personal and efficient. That said, I do collaborate with other health professionals and believe in partnerships that align with my mission.

Q: What are your goals for the coming years?
A: My big vision is to redefine how people view health—not just as fixing problems, but as creating vitality from the inside out. Our medical system excels at treating disease, but we need a system that also prioritizes prevention and balance. I want to bring my Svasta program to as many women as possible—helping them cultivate awareness, rebuild strength, and harness the clarity that comes from being truly grounded. When women thrive in body and mind, they become even stronger leaders and change-makers.

Q: What challenges have you faced in running your business, especially with today’s technology and AI?
A: I actually see AI as a tremendous ally when used wisely. It can make our work more efficient and impactful. My biggest challenge, though, has been rebuilding my business in a way that honors my own well-being. For years, I worked tirelessly, but now I focus on working smarter, not harder—growing at a pace that maintains balance.

Q: What message would you like to share with women in our community?
A: My biggest realization is that peak performance requires peak health. It’s easy for ambitious women to push through exhaustion, but that only limits our potential. True leadership starts with self-care. Begin from the inside out—reconnect with yourself, build balance, and let health be your foundation. Midlife, in particular, is such an empowering phase. We have wisdom, experience, and the ability to recreate our lives with greater strategy and balance than ever before.
