Her story speaks to our 5-million-strong community committed to the mission of She-for-She and He-for-She, and it will undoubtedly inspire those who seek purpose through self-awareness and inner alignment.

Diana, how would you describe yourself to our readers?
I wear many hats—sometimes so many that I forget who I am in the process. I believe that our identities often compete with one another because we want to be, do, and have so much. My journey is one of rediscovery, of constantly evolving, and finding alignment between who I am and who I’m becoming.

What inspired you to begin your entrepreneurial journey?
It actually began before COVID. A friend encouraged me to collaborate on a wellness project, which led me to pursue certifications I never expected to take seriously. What started as a favor for friends became something I deeply committed to. When COVID hit, I transitioned from in-person moon circles to online events—and surprisingly, that opened a door to something greater.

How did intuitive coaching come into the picture?
During one of the summits I joined, I met my first coach. She pushed me to realize I had untapped potential. I started with mid-ticket coaching programs, and while some were disappointing, joining a mastermind helped me realize my true calling—holding sacred space and guiding others through intuition. It wasn’t just a skill—it was something I’d been doing unconsciously all my life.

What are the core niches you work in?
I operate in three interconnected niches: grief coaching, relationship coaching, and self-development. Grief isn’t just about losing someone—it could be the end of a relationship, losing a job, or losing a part of yourself. I also delve into relationships, especially the one we have with ourselves, because every external relationship reflects that internal bond. And at the heart of it all is self-growth.

How do clients usually find you?
Mainly through referrals. I’ve always relied on organic growth. After finishing a coaching package, clients often recommend me to others. If those referrals sign up, I offer the referring client either a discounted package or a gifted session. I don’t call it complimentary anymore—because a “gift” has value, intention, and commitment.

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your business?
Commitment—from both sides. I only continue working with clients who show up for themselves. If after three sessions I don’t see commitment, I kindly part ways. Transformation requires effort, and I’m here to guide, not carry. Their journey is theirs to own.

Are you planning to evolve your work or rebrand in the near future?
Yes, absolutely. I’m planning to transition from being known as an intuitive coach to an intuitive psychologist. I’m currently pursuing further qualifications because I believe in blending psychology and intuition. Therapy helps us dissolve the past; coaching unlocks our potential. Together, they offer powerful healing.

What are your short-term goals for this year?
I have a few! I want to relaunch my podcast, Shine Your Light Unapologetically, and take it from top 10% to top 5% globally. I also want to republish my poetry book by the end of summer—this time in a form that reflects my full voice. And finally, I’m aiming for consistent 10K months in my business by scaling and reaching more aligned clients.

Any message you’d like to share with men in our audience?
I don’t believe in motivation—I believe in inspiration. Motivation is external and fleeting; inspiration comes from within. Don’t wait for someone to lead—forge your own path. Be a trailblazer.

“Inspiration comes from within. Stop dimming your light to make others feel comfortable—shine it unapologetically and lead by example.” — Diana Matie
